We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room and all the facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. Since we were only staying for one night, they were also so helpful in giving us recommendations on what to do and where to go in Ninh Binh.
We arrived early in the morning even though we had just booked the room that same day. They kindly provided us with a temporary place to rest while we waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even let us check in early as soon as a room became available. Their hospitality really went above and beyond what we expected.

Loved the bungalow, I had the one by the pool so it was ideal! Great location too, very close to tam coc centre where everything is happening and it’s so easy to hire a bike to get to it. Check in and check out processes very easy
When I asked if they provided pick up from the bus stop, they didn’t tell me the price so I only found out at check out. I think if I’d known, I would have ordered a grab

We had a lovely stay here. It’s clean and quiet, there are scooters to hire at a moments notice too.
The big highlight is the family that runs the joint though. They’re super charming and let me tell you they can COOK. Some of the best food I’ve had in Vietnam came out of their kitchen. The vegetable spring rolls changed me. I am a better person now.
If I ever come back to Tam Coc this is where I’ll be staying.

The property had a fire going out the front most of the time
They tried to charge me extra, the water wasn’t hot and the bed was uncomfortable
