Custom bathroom with ceramic/mosaic tile, including washer and dryer-- it will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bonus space included: Downstairs office / living space with queen size futon bedding included. An attached 1 car garage is also included. Parks for walking and biking are close by.
