The property is excellent and full of amenities. Very comfortable with plenty of room for all. The basement game room was perfect for our group, and we all enjoyed the massage chair after a long day of skiing.
Very convenient to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin.
We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

This house is absolutely incredible! We had a small group and the house felt massive. 24" of fresh powder fell while we were there and conditions at Powder Mountain were amazing. The hot tub and massage chair were a huge benefit after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook most of our meals. Beds were very comfortable. Let's just say I was incredibly sad to leave and have been dreaming of being back there ever since. 110% recommend!!

We have stayed here before. It’s exactly as described. Spacious, well maintained and clean. Our ski group of 5 guys have stayed here before to ski Snowbasin and Powder. The owners keep the house in good working order, it is clean and very well stocked for cooking in the house. Plenty of space for a group or large family and an easy drive to either ski area. We will definitely be back next season.

This house was perfect for our needs! We were visiting UT to ski at Powder Mountain and Snow Basin through the Xmas week. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub or massage chair after a day on the slopes. We were a family of 6, and there was more than enough space to enjoy quiet time, sharing meals, or to be hanging together playing games or watching movies. We would definitely consider a return trip to stay at Ed's house. Thank you!

Owner was amazingly helpful and responded very quickly to any inquiries before & during our stay. Property was as advertised - downstairs game room was great for evening relaxing with family. House was well stocked, and location was quiet but near enough to areas we wanted to visit that it was ideal.

The house was perfect for the entire family. The neighborhood was accessible and quiet. The courts and pool were easy to get to and provided a great way to get some exercise. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Great location to powder mountain. The house is set up for a group. Lots of comfortable seating in the house and a large table for dinner. There are games a tv and a pool table in the basement which again includes lots of comfortable seating. You should definitely plan on cooking during your stay.

This was the third year at this property and, as usual, was very enjoyable. Check in and out was simple and condition of property was excellent. The host is prompt and professional in all aspects.

Big, beautiful, clean and comfortable home in great neighborhood. Loved the hot tub and pool table. Had to fight each other for the spectacular massage chair. Dining room table was so large we were able to have seating space for 8 of us at one end and space for a 1000 piece puzzle at the other end. Having 2 master suites was a bonus.
Will absolutely rent again!

Great rental. Plenty of room to spread out for our family. Ed was very responsive for the minor issue we had. All enjoyed the massage chair, it helped after a day at the slopes. Easy drive to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Would gladly stay here again if the opportunity comes up. Thanks Ed.

The house was amazing! Had items for all age groups and big enough so everyone had some quiet time. Location was great and the Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Had some Wifi problems but the owner made up for it. Which was very nice and most owners would not bother. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve rented at Trappers Ridge for years. This home was great. It’s clean, well equipped and has comfortable beds. Hot tub is a real plus after a long day on the slopes. Will definitely go back.

13 members of our family from 8-75 spent a wonderful week in a really well-laid out cabin with plenty of space for family meals all together, watching movies together, playing pool and celebrating New Year’s Eve together. Everything was clean and well equipped. Property owner was responsive and gracious. Our best experience ever!

This property is incredible! It has everything you could want or need for an amazing family trip - plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms. So much fun recreation nearby. It was perfect!

Our family has not been together under one roof in years! This house was beautiful and perfect for our reunion! It was huge and there was lots of room for everyone. There was so many fun things for the kids to do…. The massage chair was a favorite for the adults. We loved the grill and hot tub every night. We loved the Mountain views and went on evening walks around the neighborhood every night soaking it all in. The owners were quick to respond with any question we had. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at a rental and we hope to go back soon!

Beautiful views and awesome property
This was our second visit to this awesome property and it did not disappoint. We loved it again, especially the gathering dinner table that seats 12 and the well stocked dishes and all the supplies to enjoy the property and surroundings. If you have a larger group or family, you will love it. Can’t wait for round 3!!

Super clean & spacious
This is an amazing rental. Very clean and has an extra TV/gaming area in the basement, with sofas and plenty of natural light from the windows, that provide a very inviting hangout/TV viewing area for guests of all ages. Lovely hot tub and clubhouse with pool. We were able to access the WiFi easily .. host Ed has the password on display and he was easily accessible to answer our questions. We also enjoyed the deer and wild turkeys in the grasses surrounding the house. I would rent it again!! Thank you, Ed. 😊

This house fit our large group comfortably and provided us with plenty of gathering space. Kitchen is super stocked, we prepared lots of home cooked meals and they had every pan and gadget we needed. This was the perfect place to get away from the wild craziness of the holidays. A very private and quiet venue with all of the comforts you could ask for. The host was very accessible and accommodating. The home is spacious, well appointed, and peaceful.

Thank you Ed for sharing your beautiful home with our family! This was the perfect spot for all of us to celebrate a late Thanksgiving and early Christmas. The layout worked well for 14 of us - 8 adults and 6 children (8 and under). As previously mentioned in other reviews, it was the most well-stocked rental we have ever been to. The hot tub and game room were a hit with everyone. I believe all the adults enjoyed the massage chair at least once during the week. The fact that we could all eat at the table was a bonus. The kids also loved sledding down the small hill on the property. Ed was a pleasure to deal with! He knew we were celebrating Christmas early and made sure the two Christmas trees were up and decorated. It was such a nice touch! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
