We had a lovely stay. The view is one of the best we have ever had. The host was very responsive. Overall the place was very well appointed and beautiful!

We found the expansive water and lovely garden views to be just what we had hoped for and the house was probably the best equipped place we've had the pleasure of staying in. Very clean, charming and comfortable, we would heartily recommend it to others and look forward ourselves to returning.

It was a “wow” from all. The wine, brownies, and especially the view from the expanse of windows in the living room. This was precious time for us because we don’t all live in the Northwest. The cottage and location made for a perfect stay.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The first thing we noticed was the breathtaking view out of the wall of windows in the front room. We also noticed was how clean the property was, both inside and outside. It's clear that the owners take great pride in their property. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the house including the well-equipped kitchen. A fun surprise was plums growing on the tree outside and being able to pick and enjoy eating these juicy treats. Highly recommended!

Debbie very accommodative to our check in needs as well as being quick to respond. The cottage is absolutely adorable. It has so much personality and EVERY little amenity you could possibly ask for. Very generous hosts and the place was spotless. Then there is the spectacular view. Even better than I could have imagined! The area is quiet and there are so many outdoor sitting areas and places to explore. You can tell this place is loved. Would definitely go back!

Our family (3 children, ages 13,11,and 8) LOVED our stay at this gorgeous home. It was so cozy yet we had more than enough space. The kids had so much to do in the evenings after sightseeing between the basement and outdoor game options. We loved watching sunrise and sunset over the sound. Just the best view! This house has everything we wanted and so much more! Extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen, even extra things that we had forgotten like seasoning, toiletries, and ziplock bags. The robes were such a great addition. Truly, we had the most wonderful stay.

If you’re reading then you need to book this property. I’ve stayed in many rentals around the world, this is the best I’ve ever encountered. It’s a family home that’s lovingly looked after and has everything you could need. Clean, spacious, comfortable with the most amazing views and sprawling gardens. It was perfect place to chill out at the end of a 3 week hiking holiday. Wonderful, thanks for letting us stay! Book it. I most definitely would.

This property is absolutely stunning. The house is comfortable and fully stocked. My family absolutely loved the garden space and we are every meal outside. We spent so much time outside we barely touched the game room. Short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets. Stunning views from everywhere. We would love to return.

The cottage was immaculate! The view was spectacular from all rooms on the ground level floor. You can tell the owners take pride in their cottage. The home, as well as the property, was extremely neat and clean. The welcome gift of fresh brownies and wine was very much appreciated. We enjoyed sitting in the living room looking out the large windows at the Puget Sound watching the vessel traffic as well as the Osprey hunting for food while enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything one would need and then some. Views from the kitchen were also fantastic. There is also a lower level bedroom and bathroom with a smart tv and various games. For the two of us we did not need this room and it stayed rather cool there. Another reason we did not care to use the lower level. The area is very nice and close to many sights. Also, one can walk to the beach from here. It is a bit of a hilly walk, but well worth the effort. We highly recommend this property, 5 plus stars, and would come back when staying in the area.

The gardens and view are incredible! We enjoyed traveling to hikes and to downtown Seattle but would have been happy just sitting on the lawn or even in the house taking in the views. We were able to see an eagle and otters. The beach is a short walk. That in addition to lawn games make it ideal for families. The house is comfortable and has plenty of amenities. It may be the nicest place we have stayed. Hope to be back!

Beautiful home on Dash point. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. It's even better than these pretty pictures. The hosts are readily available and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again and again!

We are a group of 5 friends who have been doing trips together for over 30 years. This was the 1st time we've all been able to get together in the last 4 years. The cottage was perfect for relaxing and visiting. The proximity to Dash Point State park was ideal for our various interests. Sitting outside in the evenings watching the gorgeous display of changing colors as the sun set while listening to birds, small waves breaking and leaves in the wind offered a peacefulness seldom found in an urban setting.

Property was everything it was listed to be! Very well kept and stocked, beautiful views of the bay and Maury Island. Many extras, would definitely recommend.

The home is absolutely beautiful, and the views are indescribable! My entire family of 5 enjoyed our stay, and our kids ranging from age 7 to 11 always found something to do, whether exploring outside or enjoying the games inside. The home came stocked with everything we could ever need and more (we definitely over packed lol). This is will be our go-to vacation home when we travel to the Seattle area for sure!

We had a remarkable time visiting with family. This home is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. We hosted a large family gathering and dinner which was more memorable because of this amazing home. This property is situated in a lovely part of Tacoma and has the best views of any property we have ever stayed. Owners are quite nice and their love of their property shows it!

We arrived much later than we expected and were so grateful to find homemade brownies and a full complement of coffee and tea available for us. One of the most important things for me is the freshness of the towels and linens. In this case, even the throw blankets were really fresh and clean. Lots of thoughtful toiletries are provided in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked and the pantry and fridge offered a huge variety of condiments. The home has lots of fun antiques in books, furniture and kitchen gadgets. All this goodness without even mentioning the incredible view! There are so many huge windows offering fantastic visual access to Puget Sound. Communication with Debbie was the absolute best! We would definitely love to return to this beautiful spot.

Amazing cottage with views through the many windows throughout the house of the bay, gardens, Olympia mountains across the sound and their beautiful property. Probably most impressed by the loving care and maintenance given by the family that has owned the cottage since the 1940s. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with everything you need, Game room in lower level; just an amazing place to stay in for a visit to the area.

This is truly a lovely property. The cottage is pristine and cozy. The views are wonderful. Even when the skies are grey, the view from the cottage remains outstanding. There are little touches all thru the house that really make the renter feel at home. We will definitely be back when our family has another Northwest get together.

This is one of my all time favorite VRBOs! We loved everything about this place! The house and yard are beautiful. No need to go out to restaurants - the kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to cook and I really don't think you can beat the great view. I highly recommend this place!

The house and property were even better than the pictures. The views both inside and outside the house were spectacular! We thought about going out to dinner but never did because no restaurant could compete with the views from this property. The owners were very friendly and their attention to detail made us feel at home. It truly is a 5 star place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! The inside was well laid out, clean, and had historical touches throughout. But, the spacious outside grounds and view were definitely the best part about this place! There's a gazebo overlooking the water along with several lawn games. We saw an eagle perched on one of the trees near the house. I'd highly recommend this place if you want a true PNW experience!
