I stayed for a football game, it was a close 15 minute walk, super cute and clean. The check in / out process was so easy.

This pristine "home away from home" was perfect in every way. In addition to the immaculate clean condition, the air conditioning and ceiling fans were excellent to spare us from the over 100 degree outside temperatures. We loved the secluded, quiet neighborhood with private, covered parking six steps from the entry door. The drip coffee pot was an added treat for us "geezers" who aren't into the "pop top coffee club". The frig was full sized. Luggage racks were plentiful. The place was thoughtfully furnished and had great lighting, both ceiling and individual lamps. We especially appreciated the close proximity to the event we attended. And a special "shout out" to our gracious, responsive host.

Highly recommend! Very clean and cute, super comfy bed and pillows and the pull out sofa our son slept on was much more comfortable than most. Although we didn't use it, there is a nice little kitchen area well appointed with dishes, coffeemaker, and cooktop as well as microwave and fridge. Very much appreciated the cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. (It's HOT y'all;) Bathroom has a hair dryer and body wash/shampoo and plenty of towels. Door to the bedroom doesn't close completely (but stays put)...the house has probably settled over the years...it was no big deal. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to campus. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here 2 nights while moving both Aggie daughters into their places for the school year. The property owner was super fast at responding to messages, easily changed my dates, accommodating when I needed anything. Place was so cute and updated. Waters and coffee pods were a nice bonus!!!! Neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Very clean, comfortable & inviting, great bed & the little kitchen had everything. Loved walking in the neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants & our favorite HEB.

My son and I stayed here while in town for his New Student Conference. It was the perfect location and a peaceful place to rest after a busy day on campus! Cold water bottles in the refrigerator were a welcome surprise on a hot day.

This suite was located in a beautiful neighborhood, down the street from Kyle Field. Loved how it was convenient to get around College Station. Comfy king size bed and easy access in and out, private entrance. Thank you. Amber for sharing your suite!

We loved Amber’s place. It was clean, cozy and very quiet neighborhood. The furniture and bed was comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect with ceiling fans in both living and bedroom. We’d stay here again if we’re in the area.

Visited college station for a friends ring dunk!!! It was super easy to get to the location from the house and everything was close by! Very clean and had everything we needed for the night.

The property is in a very nice, quiet and convenient location. It’s small but very efficient and comfortable for 2 people.

My husband and I along with 2 of our kids stayed at this property for one night in April 2023. We had come to College Station for our oldest’s “Aggie Ring Day” festivities. The location of this rental property was perfectly situated adjacent to the Texas A&M campus and we could walk to the Aggie Ring Day festivities or anyplace else on campus if we wanted! :) This rental property is small, as disclosed in the listing. But it is clean and comfortable with a full fridge & oven. No dishwasher but the host says to just leave all the dirty dishes in the sink upon checkout. That’s the first time a VRBO has ever said that…and along with leaving all the linens on the beds & towels in the bathroom…the checkout process was supremely simple! (Thank you, Amber!) There is a big master bedroom with a big bed & plenty of space to walk around. Our 2 kids shared the pullout couch in the living room…I’m not sure how comfortable they were but it was only one night! I guess this rental would probably be best for one person or a couple…as it was maybe a little tight for all 4 of us. But we knew that going into the rental. The host, Amber, was responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for the convenience of being adjacent to A&M and for the cleanliness of your property! :)
