Relax in this tastefully decorated 2 room villa. This villa has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen size beds and a total of 2 full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. This villa is like having your own home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, sun room and brand new outdoor BBQ grill. If you prefer to dine out, a short drive away are countless restaurants in the area. The unit is located close to parking Lot C (one non-commercial vehicle per unit; otherwise parking available in Villa Overflow Parking, about 7 minute walk). During winter months, expect to park in Lots A or B (about 5-7 minute walk). Errol Estate is centrally located in Florida, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, Disney, Universal, and Sea World. It’s only an hour to Daytona Beach and ninety minutes to Tampa. Close to other attractions such as Wekiva State Park, Busch Gardens, Legoland, and other fine Central Florida attractions. Owner near property.

The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing. You are close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough to get out of the crowd and relax. We are already talking about our next trip. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

We were visiting Florida to see family & friends. . The condo we found in Apopka was great!! The area was safe, quiet & pretty. The condo was clean & it had all the basics if you want to have a cup of coffee or make a full meal. Near, but not too close to many stores & restaurants.

The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might possibly need. Yvette met us personally and was very welcoming and available for any communication throughout our stay. The next time we visit Florida we would love to stay here again. My only “less than glowing” comment is that it may be time to consider investing in new mattresses.

My family and I have stayed at this property more than once. We enjoy the owners attention to detail and hospitality. Staying at her property is like being at home. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. The owner is always available if needed. My family and I prefer to stay at her property rather than a hotel. I recommend for families. Plan on using again.

Clean villa in a quiet area.
Ultra clean, well stocked villa was just right for my husband and me plus another couple traveling with us. Loved the closed in porch. Parking was a little bit of a problem but we made it work.

Bike week 2021
Not a good place to stay with motorcycles had to park the bikes up in the overflow parking lot could not keep the bikes next to the Villa how do you walk 10 minutes every morning just to get your motorcycle

It was clean, spacious and perfect for two couples, or a family. The hosts are quite friendly and super attentive. This accomodation had everything one could think of! The enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee or tea. The outdoor grill area was ideal for evening dinners. The location of the home is not far from the foodstores, coffeeshops, parks, etc... We stayed for a little over 4 months, and look forward to staying here again, if Yvette would have us. My kids enjoyed themselves and so did the adults. I must give kuddos to Yvette because even though she was an attentive host she also allowed us to have/maintain her privacy. I highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

Wonderful experience
My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at this wonderful property. The unit was recently renovated and it is quite lovely. Yvette was very easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed our two month stay at this abandon/closed golf course. Interesting set up with the villas. Good privacy. One way street in and one way street back out. Nice and quiet with no traffic except those living there. Loved the small lake beauty too. Owner of villa super great, friendly, helpful.

Nice Villa in nice location
The villa I rented was very nice and clean and met all our needs. Yvette was wonderful to communicate with if we needed anything.We will definitely rent this villa when back in the area

Great condo
Bolivar and Yvette were great hosts. The condo was perfect for us for the week. Two families down for a softball tournament. Pool was great as the weather was sure hot. Thanks for letting us stay.

Family Reunion
Vicky was AMAZING!! The villa was spacious and more importantly, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Perfect place to stay near Orlando and park attractions. We will definitely be back.

Very nice villa. Quiet area and nicely landscaped. Very clean inside, and beds comfortable. Like being at home...will look forward to staying again.

Nice and clean
We enjoyed the stay. It was clean and comfortable. We did find what it appeared to be cameras on the TV's in the bedrooms which we disconnected when found. Could have and probably was nothing but it did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable. The parking was an issue at night sometimes if we were out later then 7PM. Donna took very good care of us.

Very Quiet and clean place to stay
Loved the accommodations and cleanliness. It has everything you need to cook with, grill included. Vicki was wonderful. She was there to meet us when we arrived to make sure everything was perfect. Would have given it 5 stars but there was no mention that the golf course was closed. That was one of our reasons for renting. Overall it was a great experience.

Golf Get-a-way
We visited the area to play golf with some friends who live nearby. The villa was beautiful and as advertised and we would definitely stay there again. The owner, Vicky, was very accommodating and made us feel at home.

The Perfect Family Getaway
Vicky was the perfect host. She met us at the villa when we arrived and made sure everything was suited to our needs. Her personable nature and warm welcome was the perfect beginning to our trip. The villa was impeccably clean and the view from the porch was beautiful in the mornings and the evenings. Its central location is convenient for visiting the Disney parks, downtown Orlando, and downtown Winter Park (a little treasure we discovered on our trip). We hope to be back soon and highly recommend this villa.

Very nice villa. However, the mattress set on one of the beds in the master bedroom slept horrible. It is the first one as you walk into the room. The only other issues we had were that the tub in the second bedroom did not drain properly. Also, one of the slats in the sliding door blinds fell out. We could tell that it had happened before because it had been repaired with scotch tape. We reported this to Vicky. She was very nice and was readily available should there be any issues that needed immediate attention.

Cozy, comfortable, clean updated villa in ideal location for our visit with relatives. Fully equipped in a quiet neighborhood. Limited parking could be a problem for visitors but did not effect our stay. Would recommend.

We would highly recommend this villa. The location is perfect, close to the parks, and close to downtown Orlando. The Villa is fully furnished with everything that you need. Vicky, the host, is very attentive to every detail to make sure you’re lodging is perfect.

Very nice and clean property with plenty of room and all the amenities of any home.
The owner's communication prior to our arrival we was really nice and thorough. We really had no questions after reading what she sent. She met us when we arrived to show us around and even supplied us with a nice bottle of wine and some of her own coffee!
The property was spotless and roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit our family.
