We loved our stay here! It’s a perfect location near the town but secluded. Perfect amount of space for my girlfriend and I. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this wonderful studio with my husband and golden retriever Frankie! 4 min ride to Main Street lake placid location was great! Very well appointed studio! Very clean and comfortable will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in Lake Placid celebrating our 28th anniversary. The studio apartment was just right for the two of us!

The studio was perfect for us! Very close to lake placid village, exceptionally clean, and the owners provided all the little things you need such as hand towels, dishwashing soap, paper towels, iron, etc. Although we were out exploring daily, we enjoyed our stay there. it was quiet, had a nice size flat screen tv, and even had an outdoor sitting area for coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back!

My 15 yo daughter and I spent 5 days/4 nights hiking and exploring the Lake Placid area. The apt was very clean, close to town that you could drive or even walk (longer) to. Mirror lake was wonderful and they have live music in the evenings. I would definitely stay again!

I randomly stumbled on this great find when searching for a simple place to stay while planning a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and dog and I’m so glad I found it! We didn’t need anything fancy nor did we want to pay for all the extras at other places in town. Plus I could bring my dog along!!! No AC but the studio never felt really hot and they provided a fan if you need it. Far enough from downtown for some quietness but close enough that it’s almost right down the street. Kathy was great about communicating and everything was as expected. We would love to come back another time!

This property was perfect for two and our pets. Everything was super clean and the host were super quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for a walk to the center of Lake Placid. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The VRBO rental was clean, well designed, and very affordable. Furthermore, the owners were responsive and seemed to really care about the property and their guests. Plus it is dog friendly which is great for people that love to travel with their four legged friend.

The place was so close to downtown Lake Placid. It worked out perfect! The host was also super great at communicating and helped facilitate when we wanted to extend our stay. The little apartment was better than expected with wonderful features. My only tiny note is that the heating/ac was not very responsive to adjustments, but we just opened the sliding door if it was too hot for us. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, clean, comfortable place. It was perfect for my husband and I for a couple days while we enjoyed some hiking and Lake Placid.

My husband and I enjoyed a two night stay while attending ski races this past weekend. This is a cute, well-equipped studio within walking distance to town while off-the beaten path. Appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and value of this great acommodation! All you need for a weekend away in Lake Placid!

Despite the frigid temperature of -27F (new record!) we enjoyed our stay. We loved the HEATED floors. I recommend this rental as being a 5 in every category and would return (during another season). LOL

I stayed here while volunteering at the World University Games, mostly at Mt Van Hoevenberg, which is an easy 15 min drive away. Walking into downtown Lake Placid for other events was super convenient too! The studio is cozy, well-insulated, and had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful - I’d happily stay again!

Very clean and very quiet! Extremely dog friendly, having everything we needed for our dog! Super close to town! Quiet, and host really quickly and efficiently!

Quaint LP studio apartment with attention paid to detail...all the extras you could need!! Bonus dogs are welcome.

This is a perfect place for a couple. Nice hot shower. The rental was very clean. The mattress was to hard for us. We reached out to Kathy and she was very fast to answer and had a topper an hour later. We would stay again.

We have stayed here twice and the experience has been excellent. The apartment is well equipped, conveniently located, quiet, private and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming again.

My husband and I loved our time at Kathy’s place this fall. We take a trip up to the Adirondacks every year and would definitely stay here again!
