Watch the gorgeous Sunsets and Dolphin from your Private Balcony. You'll feel like you're On Top of the World. This Upscale condo has a Penthouse feel. The North Carolina Coast is beautiful year round! There is no doubt that Unit 375 has the best views at "A Place at the Beach!!" With a Southwestern exposure, this condo is bright and sunny with lots of windows. We offer a personal concierge service. You may request to have your refrigerator already stocked with your favorite foods and beverages prior to your arrival. Please inquire! Newly renovated with plank flooring and remodeled bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower in the Master bath! New living room furniture. The kitchen has solid surface counter-tops and tile flooring along with your own washer and dryer inside the condo. You'll really enjoy this ocean front location! We teach Yoga on the Beach at 9:00 am on Tuesday mornings in the Summer, right in front of the condo. From the very beginning, this has been a lovely experience. The owner was great!!! She quickly answered any questions I had and was very accommodating.
The condo is adorable, with an amazing view. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The notebook had great instructions for everything. We had a great visit. The little Christmas tree was a great touch! We are already thinking about our next trip. This has definitely become our new favorite spot at the beach!

Nice condo with great balcony and views of the ocean from sunrises to sunsets. Spent a lot of time on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the view. But the rest of the unit is beachy, cozy and clean. Everything you need is provided. Owner communication is great. Will definitely be our go to place going forward.

Atlantic Beach was a beautiful location for a beach holiday. We spent the day at the beach with frequent pool breaks. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool, enjoying the slides and the slushies at the snack bar. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed for a beautiful vacation.

This vacation rental met all our expectations. It was comfortable, all the accommodations we needed, great ocean view, nice pools and hot tub, comfortable beds, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo 375 was absolute heaven! We stayed for 6 nights and would have loved to stay longer . We will definitely return ! The views were breathtaking. The condo itself had everything we needed including spices to add a zip to our meals . The location was perfect for beach access , and having beach chairs was a bonus . We would highly recommend this condo!

We had a fun week at this comfortable home. We had some problems with the internet and tv which was a little frustrating but the overall experience was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool and putt putt was fun. The ocean views was outstanding!

The views from the condo were amazing, and we had a fantastic vacation. Nikki was super responsive with any questions that came up. Everything in the condo was perfect. We loved the super short walk to the beach, and we are looking forward to coming again!

Comfortable for our family of 4, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with what we needed. We've stayed in other units in this complex and this is the absolute best view of the beach and sunset.

We greatly enjoyed staying here! The views are amazing! It is well taken care of and has everything you need! Easy access to the beach and lighted pathway for evening walks to the beach! We would love to come again!

Was traveling with two elders one with limited mobility. This place was perfect with an accessibile boardwalk even! It is a little bit of a hike from the parking lot but the place was gorgeous and worth it. Great place to make memories with some very special people

Beautiful view east to west, quiet end unit convenient to stairwell leading to boardwalk to the beach. Clean and comfortable, soft sheets and firm bed. Clean grill and large outdoor pool with fast water slide for those seeking a little kick at the pool.

The Dunn's beach condo was perfect for a fun girls getaway! The view was absolutely amazing, condo was very clean, and we were equipped with all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this unit and we will certainly rent again.

Condo was Nicely equipped with essentials. Stunning view. Attention to detail inside and outside. The property was great for retired folks or family’s with children. Great paths for walking up to FortMacon. Great communication with owners and condo office.

The location of the property and unit were excellent. The view from the unit and balcony outstanding. The overall value just okay. Well equipped but still missing some basics (tissues, a dish rack, tea kettle). We did enjoy!

Perfect Unit
This unit is exactly as advertised, very clean and in the best spot in the entire complex. From the living room you have amazing ocean views out the back and side of the condo. The master has large windows that greet you with ocean views as you wakeup. The unit was very clean and the host is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our late check-in went very smoothly as we were not going to arrive till very late on the day of check-in. We could not recommend this condo more.

Perfect Vacation Spot!
Couldn’t be happier with the location of this condo. We enjoyed its gorgeous views, how close it was to the pool and beach and how well stocked it was with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone considering. Our 2 and 4 year old loved the balcony , the pool and definitely the water slide!

The ocean views from the condo were incredible! The unit came with basic kitchen necessities so we were able to make meals and pack lunches. The property was easy to navigate and very clean, with amenities like pools, mini golf, and a playground. Best of all was a new boardwalk to a beautiful section of the beach, with a swing and areas to wash off feet and shells before returning inside. While staying at the property, we walked the beach to Fort Macon for the day, took a ferry to Cape Lookout and Shackleford Banks to find shells and see over 25 horses, and we took a longer ferry to spend time on Okracoke. It was a week well spent at a beautiful location!

Best view in Atlantic Beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there. They have the best view of the beach and sunset in all of Atlantic Beach. I communicated briefly with the host on a couple of occasions and she was very responsive. Our experience could not have been better.

We took some time away from the New England winter to stay at this lovely condo. The owner is just lovely and so nice to work with. The view is magnificent. The condo is comfortable and perfect for our family of four. We really appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen, as well as using the binoculars to watch dolphins and doing puzzles in the evening. The indoor pool is very nice, as is the large hot tub. And because it was winter, there were no crowds. This was the perfect escape for us! We are extremely thankful for this time away in such a nice, homie place.
