We visited Tahoe first time in Winter Storm and we were lucky to book this beautiful home. The host is also very kind and helpful and has provided all the amenities in kitchen and home to make the stay memorable. I am looking forward to visiting it again.

The photos don't do it justice, the view is even better in person. The star gazing is amazing and the are beautiful sunsets over the mountain range. The host went above and beyond to make it trip memorable, even buying a surprise gift for our daughter's birthday. The kitchen is well stocked which is very nice and the best of any rental we've used before. Great stay.

I booked this property on last minutes for a family trip. I actually didn’t even read all the descriptions and details at booking. Ginger and Roy were very nice and helpful with all our questions before and during our trip. We arrived just around the sunset, the view was breathtaking. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed including kitchen supplies, condiments, games, movies, rafts/water activities and more. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you Ginger and Roy for a beautiful stay?

We loved how much it felt like like home.
We didn't really have anything planned so lounging on the patio and reading in the super comfy chair or couch was perfect.
Enjoying the view with your morning coffee will definitely start your day off right!
The neighborhood is small and quiet so walking our dog was lovely at all times (we don't have street lights where we're from so I already had a leash light - you might want to get one for late night potty checks! There was a flashlight in the kitchen too just in case)

We enjoyed our stay so very much! As others have noted the view is terrific! The property is exactly as presented and is very clean. Yes, there is a bit of road noise, and yes the furnishings are a bit dated. But neither of these things were a surprise, and were also not a problem at all! The bed in the master was quite comfortable and the caretaker, "Roy" was such a pleasure to meet. We had a small problem with one of the blinds and he replaced it without question. I definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again!!!

This house is exactly as advertised. You walk in to a panoramic view of the lake and are instantly in vacation mode. Weather doesn't matter as you have a spectacular front row seat to the lake rain or shine. This house is incredibly well stocked and every need is taken care of...beach towels, games, first aid kit, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. We couldn't have asked for more. And Ginger and Roy were a both a complete pleasure to work with and truly nice, caring people. We hope to return soon!

We have stayed here several times over the years. Always. a great place to stay - great views, good location close to Kings Beach and Incline Village shops and restaurants. Roy and Ginger are a great host.

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful view through the large dining room and living room windows. We really appreciated that our small dog was welcome (with the exception of the downstairs). The kitchen, though small, is well equipped, with pots and pans in great shape. We had everything we needed to eat in for a long weekend. The house was spotless and carpets looked new (having a policy of no shoes in the house sure helps). The downstairs area feels huge and ideal for teenagers to retreat to.

The place itself was well maintained and the view was excellent.
Kitchen is a bit small but totally useable. I would recommend a few updates in the future, especially windows and blinds. But certainly it's a beautiful house.
We got hit by a major storm while there and Ginger and Roy went well out of their way to help us.

Overall good property to stay for easy access to skiing, lake, etc. Property was clean and comfortable. The only downside we can think of was that the property is very close to the main road; you will get noise from traffic.

We loved the views from the property and the space in the house. It was super clean and well stocked. The property managers were very kind and went beyond the call of duty to help us while we were there. Drawbacks for us was having a 10am checkout time and being expected to have all sheets stripped off beds and moved to laundry room, trashes in garage, dishes started and hand washed what couldn’t go in dishwasher among other things on top of being expected to be out that early. That was a downer for us. The house is very, very dated including couches, floors, shower areas, everything. Even inside with windows shut we heard some road noise.

Great space for a family to spend a little time together, and close to everything that tahoe has to offer. We really enjoyed our time, especially waking up each day to a view that’s hard to top. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!

I rented this home for my daughter, son-in-law and myself to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we were delighted with the place and found it to be quite spacious and comfortable. It is also equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely come back.

The well appointed home exceeded our expectations! The kitchen especially had an excellent choice of condiments and coffee, so no need to bring your own. The views of Lake Tahoe are gorgeous, better than the pictures on the website. Difficult to tear yourself away. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer.

We loved the house. The views are amazing. Only drawback was the main road being just below. The noise from the road is almost constant. Regardless I’d stay again.
I had a few questions while there and got quick responses from the management.
The house is on the quiet side of the lake but close to a few shops and restaurants. There’s a grocery store nearby. We were able to cook a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen and in the bbq pit.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the property.

This property had great space for the 7 of us. The house was very clean, and comfortable. The shower was a little difficult for 1 of our girls to get into. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Half of us didn't care if we ever left the living room, dining room or deck as we were so taken by the gorgeous panoramic view and would have been more than content to simply sit and gaze! The many helpful notes throughout the house and the fact that it was stocked with everything one could ever imagine needing to use was such a nice extra benefit and made us feel all the more comfortable. This home far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. Its ideal location and close proximity to the charming little town and beach area make it the perfect getaway. Lots of little shops and great places to eat! But there is also a Safeway if you want to pick up items to cook and eat in! We hope to be back soon for another fabulous visit! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

This was the perfect place for our stay! The views of Lake Tahoe morning, noon, and night was such an unparalleled delight. One in our party had never been to Tahoe so this was the perfect setting to introduce them to this one of a kind setting. Can't wait to return. The property is just perfect for a family trip
