The house was well stocked with everything needed for a getaway - kitchen equipment, games, grill, and hot tub. It's in a good location and it's only a short drive to town and nearby attractions. Our group enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cottage with character when visiting Ellicottville!

That rear deck! My family and I spent more time on the back deck, at the fire pit, in the hot tub, ignoring the abundance of great recreational games (pool, air hockey, foosball & horse shoes). The owners truly care that you have a great time here!

We had a great stay here. Plenty of beds to sleep in and tons of activities in the house. I would recommend this house and give it a A+ grade!

Our group has stayed at Carley II once before and we are extremely happy with the property and the area. The porch, kitchen, game room, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and the open living room with lofted master bedroom are all comfortable and well maintained. Specifically the back covered porch with hot tub and fire ring is a great spot, when we were in the house we were often out there. The house is extremely close to downtown areas in Salamanca and Ellicottville and there is a gas station nearby, our group checked out a few fishing spots nearby that were not a long drive away. We also enjoyed the neighbor's cat who came to visit us when we were out on the back porch. Five stars on all accounts.

Everyone loved the game room! When we weren't skiing or out, we were in there. The hot tub was great after all day at Holiday Valley. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do. Holiday Valley was a perfect place for our family to ski - easy long runs for our kiddo to learn and still be challenged. The town was cute too. Beware of the neighbor cat - it's too friendly. This was the biggest negative since this upset our dog and made entering & exiting a big challenge. Plenty of fire wood is provided, but you may want to bring some kindling to get it going. Definitely a good option for families and groups exploring the area!

Overall, this was a good value stay. We knew we were not renting the luxury condo. However, the house does feel old and musty. It is not good for someone with mold or dust allergies. The bedding was lacking and mattresses should be updated. We did enjoy the hot tub. The fuse did blow a few times and we needed help locating it, but the owner was responsive. The kitchen and dining room is very small for being able to sleep 11. Additionally, we would say it was a solid 15 minutes from the Holiday Valley base. Positives: our kids loved the game room and hung out the whole time. We appreciated a warm place to stay on 3 very cold nights and we made more memories as a family.

This is a great property! The entertainment they have kept all members of the family busy and off of the normal everyday devices. Great to see everyone laughing with a bit of friendly competition.

All was well except the wood pellet stove was clogged. My husband asked the neighbors for a shop vac to clean it out but this didn't work. And the heat /air thermostat was just installed prior to our stay and heat was cool and cool was heat and there was no way to regulate to flow. Otherwise was a great place for our family/ friends to gather and play games.

My family loves games of any kind and this property had lots! Pool, air hockey, ms pacman, darts, horseshoes and more. We also loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

This is a great family house if you like to play games. We held our own Olympics with horseshoes, cornhole, pool, foosball, air hockey and darts. Afterwards we enjoyed the hot tub and firepit with a nice private back yard. Casual older home you can enjoy with family for a budget friendly price, including your four legged kids. Close to town to enjoy shops and restuarants.

Stay was perfect for us guys as we celebrated a groom getting married. Threw him a bachelor party here and it was perfect for our needs. Very accommodating.

This is a rental that is cared for. We enjoyed all it had to offer. Owner was fast to respond and manager was close by . The home has alot to offer and we enjoyed our time together. Had to leave two days early due to family emergency.We will continue to book this when we are heading to the Ellicotteville area . Ty for opening this house for renters. Sharon and family

Adults and kids all had a great time here. The game room was lots of fun for all of us!! But the huge covered patio with a nice shaded backyard was the best part of this property. It was 90 one day and it poured for several hours one day and we still had a perfect time. Communication with the owner was good when we had a minor issue. We would happily stay here again.

This cabin was perfect for our group of 8! It was very centrally located, well provisioned, good interior and exterior spaces (porch and game room particularly were amazing) and parking. We would stay at this property again for our annual trip with this group.

We had three couples stay at Carly House Too this May and took full advantage of the awesome game room (I played the best game of darts in my life there!), hot tub and deck/swing/firepit! All of the neat decorations and signs really added to the fun feel of our getaway. The kitchen had all of utensils and dishes we could need, the grill was clean and used every day of our stay, and the coffee pot has the option for K cup or a full pot. The area was pretty quiet, and the woods out back were peaceful during our morning coffee. The queen size bed is only accessible by a metal spiral staircase to the loft, and some members of the group weren't comfortable with them, so the "youngins" got the upstairs which had it's own full bath. The second full bath is downstairs and nice as well. It did get pretty warm up in the loft and you cannot leave the ceiling fan on in the living room without the light being on as well, so a plug in fan would be nice to have for up there. And the loft windows could use some blinds or coverings unless you're an early riser who gets up with the sunrise. The linens and towels were all provided and nice quality. The home was a quick jaunt down the road from the casino, as well as downtown Ellicottville and there is a Dollar General less than a mile away for last minute supplies if needed. Our trip was filled with some great memories and laughter and we can't wait to book a weekend again soon!

Very disappointed. The pictures shown on listing were very misleading. Ceiling and walls were cracked and falling apart; we took actual pictures that show the condition. This was our first experience using this app and will be our last. My 14 year old son brought his best friend and we were embarrassed.
