The friendliness of all the staff and Mrs. Hong Luyen speak very well English. We were able to booked a tour with a private car through hotel with competitive price and good driver.
The room itself was very clean, modern, quite and everything working well, including television. The staff change towels and clean the room on daily basis.
The location was excellent, near many local restaurants and fruits market.
Comparison between price ratio performance, it was a very good hotel with low price, and have everything we need.
Taking a long time to have a hot water for shower. We feel it was a waste of water for the hotel.
We had a room with one bed which was quite small, especially when we have 2 big suitcases, just not enough space. However the room with 2 beds was much more spacious and plenty of space.
It didnt affect our stay as it was very peaceful to sleep at night time.

Very comfy bed. Nice city and mountain view. Great food options, market and river all very close.
There's a slightly unloved feeling about the place. Fridge didn't work.

The reception is open 24h so we were able to get in our room at 5am when our bus arrived. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is located in center. The view was ok.
There was nobody at the reception when we arrived (it's empty a lot of the time), the person was sleeping so we had to look through their desk to find our key card matching my name to be able to check in. The room was not very clean which actually made me think i had taken the wrong key so i went back down to the reception banged on all doors until the person woke up, he then confirmed it was the right key, so cleanliness is clearly not a priority in that hotel. The breakfast is not bad but they dont clean the tables when someone is finished so if you come a little bit later all the tables are dirty and most of the food is gone and they dont refill them. The shower is just a corner of the bathroom so you flood the whole thing when you take a shower. The room size was pretty small for a double room, basically just enough room to squeeze your legs around the bed.
