The owners are very kind, easy to work with and always available for any questions or concerns. The location is convenient for travel to Disney parks, restaurants and shopping. This property was clean and met my family's needs.

The house was spacious & comfortable & very clean. The beds were good. I recommend this property, especially for a larger family.

Perfect for what we needed.

Large house with plenty of space to rest our heads at night. We were doing Disney, so we basically just slept there. We had a major problem with the night guard refusing to let us in the property, but not to the owner’s fault. She answered our late night call and was very apologetic. One or two things we didn’t love. The master bedroom has a large upper wall window with no curtain. Was not ideal for blocking light at night, or for privacy from the neighbor’s second story windows. The house was a bit dated, but everything was very clean! We would choose this house again though. Great place for the price!

Great Townhouse with four double rooms which suited our party perfectly. Great Comms with the owners and a lovely resort which was very quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodation.

We had 5 adults and 1 child celebrating being 10. Super easy check in/out. Clean facility, close to attractions, parks, food ect. Would stay there again! Wish we had downtime to use the pool and gym.

Place was very clean, could of used more garbage bags only one supplied and considering you could only us certain bags I think more should of supplied overall was very satisfied with our stay would stay again.

Property was very conveniently located to Disney and Universal. Quiet and pretty neighborhood with lots of community amenities, although with being at the parks the whole time, we did not use any of them. The unit was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for my family of 4. Louise and Rob were super responsive and helpful when questions needed to be answered.

It was quiet and excellent

We have a family of five and it was perfect for the kids to each have their own space. Everything was exactly how we expected it. The drive to Disney was 15-20 min depending on the park we visited.

We enjoyed our stay. The value was wonderful. The only concern was the directions about the villa were a little confusing. There were different times listed as quiet times as well as the directions on locking the door. It says to push the button and not to enter the code however if you didnt enter the code the door would not lock. We didnt find the extra towels until the night before we left so all week we had to reuse our towels and there were only partial rolls of toilet paper that we were expected to replace if we used it all. This was a little confusing to me. Overall we loved the location and the house and enjoyed our stay. We were so busy we didnt get to use the amenities so we would loved to come back again to check the rest of the place out. We literally slept and showered here then we were out the door! Fall Break 23 is in the books!

This house is gorgeous!! So clean! No bugs! Not even an ant. I was very impressed. The owners are wonderful to work with and I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for 7 adults. The resort is beautiful with nice pools and hot tubs. Close to the theme parks, Walmart and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and messaged us back quickly. Great location and priced just right!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were wonderful and made sure we had all information well in advance of our stay. I had difficulty using VRBO and they used other forms of communication to make sure we stayed in touch!

The house was perfect for our group. Enough space and everything was very clean! The property was in a safe area and the hosts were very each to get in touch with! Highly recommend!

Check in was quick and easy. House was very clean and comfortable. All the essentials were provided. House is very close to Disney and tons of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again without a doubt.

This property is perfect for the price. Close to the parks with attentive owners who dealt with small issues quickly. It was large enough all 7 adults felt they had enough space to get away from the group when needed.

We stay here for 2 nights to do Disney before our vacation to Marco. It was the perfect place and location for our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars! Louise was a great host and communicated well. She even reached out before our arrival to tell us we could check in early! She was very responsive to texts. The place was centrally located to major attractions. Large rooms plenty of space for 6 of us, including 2 teenagers. A/C worked well which was a welcome feeling at the end of each day at Disney. The only issue we encountered had nothing to do with the host. We decided not to rent a car and use ride-shares instead. Visitors (including ride-shares) had to go to the main security gate, get approved, then go to our location. Sometimes the line at the security gate was 6-8 cars long. We had a few ride-shares cancel on us because they didn't want the hassle or didn't want to wait. It would take a driver 5-10 minutes extra. We tried communicating with the drivers but found it easier to walk past the second gate (about a 5 minute walk) and meet drivers there. Had we known this in advance we still would have booked the space because it is wonderful and the host is amazing. I highly recommend Louise and this space!

We really enjoyed our stay!! It was so nice being close to Disney, while also having ample space to spread out after long park days!

The house was perfect for our family vacation, very clean, loved having multiple bathrooms for all of us, location was GREAT. Walmart is right down the street, we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much!!

This was a great property, very clean, beautiful gated resort community, within easy driving Distance to Walt Disney World. Our 18 year old son loved having a suite to himself, as there are two master suites, one upstairs and the other one downstairs. Kitchen has everything needed to cook if desired, and the property is close to Walmart, Target and Publix. We were very happy with this home, and would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
