Previously a charming Bed & Breakfast/Inn (The Inn at Grace Farm) is now available for whole groups and accommodations. This crafted post and beam home shows the charm of Vermont. Sitting among pine trees high above sweeping valleys, the lodge rests on a 2 1/2 acre estate. This replica of an old Vermont barn has a rustic feel with convenience of modern amenities. New Kitchen in 2017 for guests to eat in, order out, or visit small town favorites. EVERY spacious room has a private bath with granite counters, tv, luxury beds and beautiful pine board floors and decor. An expansive lobby/great room for large gatherings, group meetings, or family reunions flow nicely to the outdoor space. The first floor is handicap accessible (lobby, 1 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms). You will enjoy stunning views and a groomed side yard complete with fire pit, grill, and seating for outdoor leisure. At this rural residence you will have an unobstructed view of bright stars and fireflies at night. During the day rolling views of Mt. Mansfield (Vermont's highest Mountain) and Smugglers Notch. Wildlife to include deer, wild turkeys and an occasional black bear to be seen during the day. We offer some- but you may want to BYOB (Bring Your Own Binoculars). Peek out back where maple lines tap the wooded trees. This space is the largest building on the property with 2 entrances, NO shared walls for privacy, plenty of parking and separate wifi. The wedding/event barn is available for additional reservation. Note: Events are NOT scheduled during your stay unless you have booked the space. Possible to park RVs for group rentals. We are a group of college friends that got together at this beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained property. It worked very well for us. We were 5 couples, and each of us had a bedroom with private bath. The public areas had a large table that could seat everyone for meals and games, and a living room area with plenty of seating and a lovely picture window. We didn't really cook, but there were lots of dishes and mugs, a keurig machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The property itself is in a lovely setting, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the last day of our stay. I'd highly recommend this property to any group of our size.

The group of students and chaperones we had staying at this property had a fantastic time. They loved the family feel of the house and the ability to be together to wrap up their 8th grade year. The host was very responsive via text and phone.

There were three families sharing this house on our stay. House was large enough to accommodate all of us easily and having a bathroom attached to every bedroom was a huge bonus. House was clean and equipped with all basic needs. Small electrical outlet issue involving the TV when we arrived, but Jodi, the manager, was great and very responsive. She helped get the issue resolved quickly (and even gave us some local wine/beer for our troubles!). House is on a main road, which initially made us nervous with small kids, but the backyard was huge with multiple fire pits and seating areas, so that suited our needs just fine! Would definitely stay again! Perfect space for multiple families to be able to spread out but come together for quality time!

The place was great. The rooms and beds were nice and comfy. Plenty of space for 15 people to relax after long days in the mountains.

Our group of 6 adults and 7 kids (2-12) had a great stay here. We loved the space and had room for everyone. The kids had lots of fun playing outside. The location felt so Vermont-y and we appreciated that we could get to Burlington in 20 minutes and Stowe in 45. Also love that there was great pizza 5 minutes away! The hosts were very responsive and gave lots of ideas for nearby activities. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Beautiful Vermont
Great place to stay. Family friendly! We had 7 children 8 years and under call this their home for 4 nights. Great memories were made. We really loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very convenient! The view was also amazing and everything we wanted to see in Vermont was fairly close by.

Our friend group of 12 loved this rental house. It was comfortable, enough privacy for everyone and a good kitchen to create meals together, plus a large common room to gather. The view is beautiful, we used the outdoor grill and could relax outside as well as inside. No complaints!

We had a lovely day stay in April with 2 families and grandparents. The home is beautiful, we’ll kept and clean with room for all to have space and gather for meals or fun. Close to Burlington, Stowe and more in the area.

The Inn was perfect for our needs.
With 9 ladies in attendance, we appreciated the bathrooms with every bedroom!
The house was clean and well stocked.
We may make this a yearly trip and hope to be able to stay at the Inn in the future!

Cozy fires, maple syrup, and Vermonts finest beers after a day in the mountains. What more could you ask... Exceptionally clean, bigger space than expected, privacy, 20 min from Smuggler’s Notch 35 min from Burlington. 10/10 would book again.

Beautiful and spacious
We had several adult family members/cousins stay on the property for a long ski weekend. It was the perfect size for us, the bedrooms were great and communication with the owner was seamless. The only comment would be that for a VT/Ski house, access to a dryer would be a bonus for damp items. However, really just a small thing, it was a great, stay, 10/10.

We had a amazing family vacation at this beautiful home just outside of Burlington VT! It was perfect for all ages and plenty of room to hang out and let the kids play. I would highly recommend staying here!

Exceeded expectations!
I rented the timber framed barn for a family reunion and it was wonderful. It was more spacious than I even expected and every guest was happy with their room. We went off in different directions during the day (Burlington, hiking The Notch, Stowe, touring local cheese shops, or gravel biking) and we gathered in the evenings with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious. I would happily stay there again.

Great spot for a bachelorette. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. Quite a hot weekend and the house stayed nice and cool with the window units and fans. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering
Aimee and Chad were great and attentive hosts and their property was a terrific place to bring our far flung family of 15 together for a post vaccination celebration. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each others company while appreciating the beauty of the Vermont countryside. The bedrooms are large, spotless and well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nicely outfitted with soaps and shampoo. Burlington is a quick 25 minutes away if you need a "city fix" but we enjoyed exploring the natural wonders of rural Vermont with hikes and the historic surroundings of nearby towns. We took full advantage of the outdoors on the property with the large fire pit (think s'mores) and we grilled several meals on the BBQ. All together it made for a very enjoyable reunion.

The house was exactly what you would want a Vermont house to look like. The mountain views from the front door and front bedrooms were breathtaking. It was ideal that every bedroom had private bathrooms. Aimee was quick to reply to any questions and even left us a portacrib and high chair. We had wood available to have a fire every evening. It was the perfect get away.
