I loved that around the corner there is a supermarket where you can purchase snacks, water, fresh juices, etc. The walk to the historic center was only about 10-12 minutes. The staff is constantly cleaning the property and it felt very clean, smelled great, and the lounge spaces are everything. I was a cat and sat about all the nooks / seating areas the property offered. My room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed here to rest and restore my body after walking the Camino for 11 days and this property offered me a beautiful sanctuary to do just that.

The home made goodies at breakfast - yoghurt, almond butter, various cakes. The pool area and grass for relaxing.
The little ants all over the property - both in our room and in the breakfast foods. The dirty pool. Crossing the busy road to get to the main hotel and pool. Having to knock on the locked door of the main hotel to get entry every time!!

Interior design and style. Staff was very welcoming. Pool was in a lovely secret garden.
Breakfast could be more varied including hot food. You could order eggs but not much more.
We booked the penthouse apartment which was great but one sideboard in the bedroom was missing a door. Also, it was in a different building so we had to cross a road for breakfast and the pool. Not ideal with young children. Not what I would have expected with the price we paid.

Greatb property and ambiance. Fantastic staff and pool and breakfast is amazing.
Rooms are not well soundproofed — you can hear conversations from reception, guests in the hallway, and even the phone ringing. Since the window faces the hallway, it adds to the noise. It’s also inconvenient having to keep ringing the bell to get into the hotel, and sometimes there’s no one around. Last time, we had to wait about 15 minutes before being let in. Not the most quiet or seamless experience.
