This was a very nice & spacious villa with awesome views of the lake. Property was well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The owner was so nice & easy to communicate with. He went above & beyond when we had to reschedule our original trip. I will definitely come back!

Very nice property and plenty roomy for 2 families.

From start to finish, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of this home and the property’s a whole. This home is ideal for multi-families vacationing together. There is plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to find a quiet corner for relaxing. The sunsets from the patio are indescribable. The basement/patio is only accessible through the master bedroom which could be a negative for those not wanting to be disturbed but didn’t present a problem for our group. One of the best things about renting this property is the responsiveness of the owner. He responded to every inquiry regardless how small very quickly. Would definitely revisit this property in the future.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Villa 1 provided us with a beautiful and comfortable environment to enjoy our time together. The Property Manager stopped by a couple of times to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this lovely property. The gorgeous view of the lake was icing on the cake. Hope to return for another stay.

Great property for our family. This was our 2nd trip using this unit and it worked perfectly. Close enough to boat slip and pool for the kids. Overall a great experience. Property management was consistent and available.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 1 for Father’s Day weekend! The view is spectacular. Everything was too notch and kept up very well. The kids enjoyed having the pool. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. We will be back!

The house had everything we needed. It was on the lake and had a beautiful view of the lake. Our family of adults and children from 66 years old to 6 yrs. old thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. We cooked most meals and ate out one night at a local restaurant that had a seafood buffet. We used the resorts swimming pool, and a couple of our guys played golf. We fished some, got a few. We also went by boat and car to the local parks beach and swam and played volleyball. It was about 5 min away by boat and 10 min by car. We also shopped at Walmart in Many which is about 25 min away, but there is a well appointed grocery store, bait shop, & Dollar General 10 mins away. In all the home met our needs and wants. This is the place for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation with a gorgeous view.

Words cannot express the beautiful scenery of this location overlooking the lake. It is a MUST SEE to appreciate the beauty. We booked this location for Christmas of 2018. The entire process was very friendly, easy and extremely accommodating. We communicated with the owner a couple of times about little details that we were not sure of and he was EXTREMELY responsive and answered all of our questions on a timely basis. The home was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back. We would recommend this resort rental to anyone looking to get away from the everyday city life. It is EXTREMELY PEACEFUL.

The finest view and home on Toledo Bend we lacked for nothing. We all were sad we had to leave.

The view of Toledo Bend Lake was beautiful! My family and I first trip there! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time together in Villa #1 and swimming in the pool not far away. The food at the Cypress hotel was great too! I highly recommend Villa #1 for you and your family to enjoy! We will go back asap! God Bless! Landon & Family!

The panoramic views and great room make the place. It fit us perfect and Don was very accommodating if I had any questions. Probably best location in the area to be quite honest. It was great and I highly recommend it.

House was perfect for our large family! Owner responded to every request. Words can’t deacribe the view. We had a fantastic time. It was so nice to have the pool, golf course and trails available to us while staying in this fabulous home. We will be going back! Check it out you want be disappointed!

Spent our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Villa one. Amazing views, beautiful interior and very peaceful. Walked and prayed in the prayer garden beside the villa. Perfect trip!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. All you need to bring is food and clothes. Very comfortable and lovely layout. The view form the open living area is priceless.
