Minimum stay 2 nights.. Charming log cabin nestled in the hills between Saluda and Tryon, NC. It is a quick drive to either historic town. The house is on three levels with includes a loft bedroom with balcony and full shower, a main floor with a dining room/den combo with a gas fireplace, master bedroom, full bath, kitchen and glass sun porch. The den has vaulted ceilings that allow for the sun to shine in through the skylights. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a half bath, recreation room with pool table and satellite TV. I have the Direct TV package and DSL Windstream wireless internet. 2016 I updated the HVAC to a larger NEW system, it really has made a difference during the summers as well as many other upgrades. Sit on one of the two swings on the front porch and take in the breathtaking scenery. Or maybe just rock and and read a book as time slowly passed by. Privacy is the key and the house is situated on 2 acres of wooded property with many trails around making it ideal for hiking and nature watching. Downstairs is perfect for children with toys galore. Outside, ring the antique school bell to call everyone in for dinner! PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CABIN IS LOCATED INSIDE A NEIGHBORHOOD WITH COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS. So I do not want renters that are entertaining large groups or having a planned party. I am a very hands on owner, maintaining this home is large responsibility and we try to make it as warm as possible, but remember, it's in the mountains and I cannot check the house after each use. I have very nice and good helpers but we are not perfect. As an owner, i will always try to respond the best i can, will always answer my phone ( i have before at midnight before) and i have support within reason i can call should the need arise.
