Situated in Lake Conroe, this attractive house for $214 per night is a great option for your next trip. Take refuge from the outside world. Enjoy your morning coffee on the kitchen deck while the birds welcome the day. Drift off to sleep with the night sounds of happy cricket chirping while watching the sun set from the deck atop our private boat dock. Take your boat for a day on the lake. Anchor at one of two popular 'beach' spots and play. Or enjoy wakeboarding, tubing, and water-skiing. Then, come in, tie up to the cleats in our covered dock. Fish off our private dock or explore the many coves in your fishing boat. Bring your kayak and enjoy a cool morning spin on the lake. We provide horse shoes, ladder golf, volleyball and croquet for family time in our large yard. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and includes towels for your days on the lake. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV,and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a double bed, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms are on the second landing with a common bathroom. Come enjoy our lake house! *The house contains multiple stairs, including stairs to get into the home, similar to a beach house. *The house accommodates 8 sleeping capacity. *Day-time get-togethers should not consist of more than 12 people *Parking is limited to three cars - no parking on the street - it is very narrow.

This home was a great little spot on the lake. It accommodated our family get together perfectly! Laura was most helpful and very easy to communicate with! Will stay again in the future!

The house was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of stairs in the house which would not be a problem for most, but since I am handicapped, it was a challenge for me. The lake was low which made it difficult for me (because of my handicap) to get in our boat from the dock. At one point, the boat’s propeller scraped the bottom of the canal when returning to the dock at the property.

Laura's place was great for our little getaway. Clean and well decorated. The house is right on the water and the dock was a great place for us to fish and spend some time unwinding. The check in and out processes were easy. My only constructive comments were that the coffee pot had moldy grounds in it and the outdoor sports equipment was in very poor shape (basketball flaking and deflated, rackets severely misshaped, dirty etc). Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again!

We loved the house and the layout. The fishing was great off the dock! The host was absolutely wonderful and was very responsive! The beds were comfy, the linens were fresh and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard was great. What we really loved was how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. It’s hard to find rentals that aren’t around loud party houses, but this neighborhood was wonderful. We will be back!!

The location was great for my needs. The house was very clean and nice. There were a lot of steps to get in the house as well as inside that were not mentioned on the site. This was an issue for the elderly people in my party.

My family and I rented the property for a spring break bass fishing trip. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was fun and interesting. We really found value in being on the east side of the lake with close proximity to the stores and restaurants along the I45 corridor. It was easy and convenient to tie our boat up out back and there was a great boat ramp nearby. Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fishing from the back yard was good too. My family and I had a fantastic stay, I highly recommended this property.

I had a couple friends in town and it was a perfect easy spot for hanging out and catching up. Was quiet with nice space, but still close enough to Conroe and the Woodlands for when we did want to venture out. Would stay here again.

This is a nice property. We had 7 adults and a toddler in our group. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space and privacy. Our visit was short, since we only came for a visit to the Texas Renaissance Festival. Maybe next time we can stay longer. Thanks for letting us stay!

It was great. Enjoyed the property, very relaxing and quite - the fishing was good too. The house was very clean. Laura was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed - including dish towels that were delivered via Amazon while we were there. My son (Aggie-2024) was happy to see the occasional A&M logos including clock and make-shift-Plate!! - Gig'em!! - my nephew (Longhorn-2023) not so much - LOL Truly a nice place to unwind... Hope to come again soon

We just returned home from a mini getaway on Lake Conroe and enjoyed staying here so much. We were able to use the boat dock, our kids, nieces and nephew and a blast in the ginormous backyard. The layout of the house is perfect. Thank you for an amazing time!
