The unit is on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs. Maximum 2 (this includes children over 1 year old). Comfy queen bed in bedroom. Living room couch has a pull out bed. Enjoy stunning views of the beach, ocean and mountains. Refresh your spirit in this tranquil beachfront place. Easy walk to town, yet private. You can watch the world go by from the large ocean-facing windows. Free WiFi, flat panel satellite SMART TV and 2 car off-street parking. Backyard fire pit on patio shared with guests staying at La Paz, our adjacent one bedroom rental unit. A great starting point for walks on the beach, mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the beautiful West Marin area. The quaint village of Stinson Beach awaits with a wonderful bookstore, shops, restaurants specializing in fresh local food, and parks for your enjoyment. Come to relax, come to play. One dog welcome with extra $75 one-time charge. No cats. I've stayed at a lot of places in Stinson Beach over the years and this is one of my favorites. With a lot of beach town rental properties, things can be a bit, um, "rustic." There is usually a bit of wear and tear, some funky mix and match plates, silverware, and cookware, and other weird surprises you just accept. Not with this place. Everything has been nicely updated and maintained. It is super comfortable and has everything you need.
And the location is fantastic. You can see the ocean from the living room window, and walk down the back steps and around the house directly to the beach. Restaurants and businesses are a short walk. Parking is off the street, which is nice too. Owners are great and make everything very easy. I'll definitely return as soon and ofter as I can.

I really can't say enough good things about this property. The location cannot be beat, the place was spotless, excellent host responsiveness, and many dog amenities provided. Dogs are truly welcome here.

We've stayed in many VRBO's and this place was absolutely spotless. Quick walk to town, literally minutes. Located on the beach for easy access, windows with a view. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Perfect for a getaway at the ocean!

La Sirena was truly serene. The property is easily accessible, the views are beautiful, the beach friendly and perfect for our dog's first ocean experience.
Our host, Jeff, was communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend a tour through Muir Woods and meals to go' from Parkside. We came home with their Levain bread and a few other items from their mercantile.
The unit is perfectly appointed, very quiet and the mattress warmer was a bonus for the winter nights.

I am remiss in my review of this lovely gem by the sea! This mellow birthday respite was just the perfect getaway for my husband's birthday. We enjoyed the opportunity to see Stinson in the morning, noon and evening-walking its' 3.5 miles of white soft sands for 2 perfect days! We viewed the world from our giant picture window-from waking to a group surf lesson to watching the glorious sunsets-it was pure heaven! Great breakfasts with a cheerful staff at the Parkside and a phenomenal dinner of fresh local tuna and halibut at the Coast Cafe. A shout out to Jeff for the birthday card and champagne to make our celebration even more special. Apologies for the late review-upon return, we just got swept back up in the work thing. Looking forward to our next outing at the Siren. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect! The location really could not be any better right on the beach with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and there are even a handful of helpful items if you bring a dog with you. I would definitely stay here again!

We decided to take a short, last minute trip and were lucky to find this property available since I doubt it usually is! It was immaculate, the perfect location with amazing views. We live inland about 40 minutes away. This house, the views, sounds and smells of the ocean made us feel a million miles from home. Perfectly sized for a couple. Appears recently remodeled. Was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked. Worth every penny. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Now click that mouse and book it !

We have stayed the main house several times, but this was our first foray into the apartments above - and it was fabulous! A perfect way to celebrate TWO special birthdays! The ocean was steps away and there was on-site parking (so easy!). The apartments were cozy and comfortable - great beds, warm bedding. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as well. The hosts - whom we had met previously - were there and welcomed us warmly! A million thanks for another wonderful Stinson weekend! 🦋

We have stayed here before, and it continues to charm. Owners are such thoughtful hosts, they really go above and beyond to make the cottage comfortable. No matter the weather the beach is gorgeous, and our dog loves to run alongside the water. We felt lucky to enjoy a few days of beach time!

This property is so well appointed; beautifully put together from the bathroom tile to the kitchen appliances. There is nothing more that you could ask for. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the seagulls. Walk a few steps to the beach or walk to town.
We booked this least minute and the only availability was Wed and Thurs night - It was the perfect little re-charge for us. It is peaceful and fun at the same time. We'll be back soon!

We stayed three nights and the place was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jeff was really responsive when we had a question, and very friendly. And being just steps from the beach and a very short stroll into town was wonderful.

I’m a pretty frequent vrbo user. This is one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had. La Sirena was nicely furnished, very comfortable, super clean, great kitchen, nicely stocked in every way. Beautiful beach/ white water view out the windows. 15 steps to the sand. Quiet and relaxing. And Jeff was so easy to deal with. All around great experience.

We had a wonderful time in this really well designed space. It’s cozy but the owners have used the space really well. Large armoire to stash away clothes, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful views with a fabulous walking beach right out the door. Thank you!!!

Perfect beach house for two!
This was our second time staying at La Sirena and we will definitely stay there again! You can’t beat the location if you want to be on the beach with a view of the ocean AND be right near town. La Sirena seems to be newly renovated, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable. The owners are very communicative and friendly. :-)

This rental exceeded my expectations! From the view of the beach right outside the window, to the hills from the back deck. It was very clean, organized with nice amenities! Comfortable bed, towels and nice soaps. Thorough instructions. Quiet area with a couple of restaurants that is within walking distance. Beautiful unspoiled area.
