Aloha! We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii on the South Kohala/Kona Coast. A 20 minute drive north from the Kona airport, the South Kohala area is upscale and close to some of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. Popular Hapuna Bay and Kekaha Kai State Park is only about 10 minutes by car. Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo has been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. Everything sparkles with upscale furnishings, luxurious king size bed in master, luxurious queen in second bedroom, stainless steel appliances and pull-out queen sofa bed in living room. Vista Waikoloa is in the beachfront resort area of South Kohala. Two professional-level golf courses and interesting shops within walking distance. Great details and directions for checking in. Well supplied from beach accessories to food items and kitchen supplies. Easy walk to the Hilton, A-bay for sunsets and shopping. This area was great. Thank you, would book again.

My daughter advised me that we would probably be more comfortable in this neighborhood 25 miles north of Kona. Was she ever right! Kona is kind of honky tonk, - lots of cheap little gift shops, noisy, crowded. This neigborhood is much quieter and relaxed. It is about a mile to the ocean, however there is parking, bathrooms and shade there if you choose to go. We spend more of our time at the pool. This unit is lovely. Perfect for a couple. The owner / manager was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in Reg and Sue’s condo six years after our first. They’ve made some lovely improvements that made our stay so comfortable. The new lanai furniture is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee listening to the birds or relaxing with a book. The condo has everything needed to make meals and enjoy the beach. We love A Beach nearby and Hāpuna beach a little further north for great boogie boarding. Giada beach is a close walk for lovely sunsets. Bring a chair and enjoy the sunset on the coral beach. We look forward to our next visit!

This condo is clean and well-stocked and has a great layout and an especially spacious lanai. Closeness to the pool was very convenient. Grills were close by in a central area, which we liked (other complexes have grills spread all over the place and you can waste time searching for an available one). The complex is also very well located, within walking distance of the shoreline, Hilton, and the Kings Shops.
Owners replied quickly and helpfully to our inquiries.
We've found everything we needed in this condo and we'd love to stay in it again.

Reg and Sue's condo is just as advertised--everything you need for a great stay in Waikoloa. It's a large and welcoming place, and was perfect for us (3 adults). We loved that there was beach gear (chairs, towels, masks, snorkels, boogie boards, coolers). The location is great to go north to beaches, east to Hilo, or south to Kona. And the condo is well insulated to keep out any noise or heat. October was a wonderful time to travel to the Big Island--temps were between 70 and 80 and the ocean was lovely.

They have everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable but the queen is not. I’m sure it would be fine for kids though. The pool & hot tub are very close and nice. Very close to shops and several restaurants. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

We loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed from beach toys, to a stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better, the beds were comfortable, and we loved eating outside at the lanai. My kids wanted to go to the pool every day which was just outside our door. Absolutely recommend staying here!

We love this condo! We have stayed 2 times with a 3rd stay pending. It provides everything we need. It is kept very clean. The location is walking distance to the King/Queen shops.The pool is very close and not crowded. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening.The kitchen had what we needed. The area of this condo is very quiet which we love. The owners are very responsive. We highly recommend this Condo.

This condo is a good value and is as advertised. Older property but well maintained with nice landscaping and lots of communal bbqs. This unit was spotless on arrival, equipped with all the essentials and even a welcome gift of chocolate. Would rent again!

What a perfect 25 Anniversary trip. The condo is in the best location. Walking distance to fabulous sunsets, great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Loved the tile in the bathroom, the great air flow in the home. The outdoor lani, the pool. I am so sad to leave. This place felt like home. I can’t wait to return.

This is an older condo in the Waikoloa area. We liked the location of the condo within the property development. The master bath has been recently updated and is first class. The kitchen could use some improvements, but overall we were very satisfied.

Always Clean and Comfortable
We have been blessed to stay in this unit many times over the past 15 years. We find the owners accessible, attentive and available to assist when needed. We love the location, the Lanai is beautiful with all of the foliage and the birds. It's a restful. Stay guaranteed

This property is a great location, very quite, great salt water pool, near trails and the store. The fitness center needs an overhaul and a good cleaning, and the TV technology is not the best at supporting streaming movies, etc. Otherwise, though, its a great place for a good price.
