Alojamiento muy cerca del centro andando, muy completo y com todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy buena. El chico que noa recibió con las llaves super agradable y atento.
Lo único que destacaría es el ruido en momentos puntuales. Si los vecinos son ruidosos se escucha bastante

la disponibilité et sympathie de l'hôte pour la remise des clés, la proximité du centre ville, le fait que c'est un RDC (mais avec quelques marches descendantes dans le hall de l'immeuble) la disponibilité d'un parking et la permission d'un animal de compagnie, le gel de douche et les 2 capsules de Nespresso fournies, la fourniture d'un aspirateur à notre demande. La facilité pour le check out en pleine nuit.
La propreté pourrait être améliorée (poussière importante sur l'étagère haute du placard), le pommeau de douche avec un débit d'eau médiocre (à remplacer), et l'écoulement de la douche lents. L'absence de vrais ustensiles de cuisine, notamment des casseroles et poeles, de plus d'une serviettes de cuisine. Nombreux moucherons dans l'appartement, état des encadrements de fenêtre et des volets intérieurs, l'humidité ressentie. Claquement de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble très dérangeant ainsi que les "bips" des codes de serrure des appartements.

The location is perfect and allow you to walk around without need of public transport.
Another highlight is the free parking spot, very close to the apartment.
Personally I did not like the fact that when walking on the upper level, the wooden floor makes noises, and it woke up the other people in the room a couple of times.

The location was good.
We requested extra pillows in advance and were promised them for my back when the agent met us. Despite a reminder text, there was no response. The garage and apartment were not at the same location and checkin was confusing and difficult since the entrance was not as pictured. The entrance was in an alley and the actual apartment was below street level so that people and cars passing were at shoulder level on the other side of two windows with a frosted film There were stains on the rug and sofa. There were only 3 hangers (also requested more) and the storage closet next to the clothing closet had mold and a stained bed pillow with the vacuum cleaner and mop.
