About this cottage rental
Come relax in our home in the town of Payson! On a quiet street, we are surrounded by boulders and tall pines, however our home is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Use our home as a springboard to all the wonderful activities in Rim Country then come home to a private backyard, fully fenced for your furry friends! There are so many events and activities in Rim County! See the Tonto Natural Bridge, or head up to Christopher Creek for an afternoon of fun and play. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, antique shopping and of course rodeo! Our home is a great place to get away to cooler places in summer, serene places in winter, and to see the changing seasons of spring and fall. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a base camp with easy access to surrounding towns of Pine, Strawberry, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

We were hoping for a quick peaceful escape from the valley. We got it. The house is located in a beautiful area of the neighborhood. It is secluded from the other neighbors by large boulders and trees. It was perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. The front and back porch are designed nicely for sitting outside and enjoying the great weather. We just hung around trying new restaurants, traveled 15 min to Pine and did some hiking at the Tonto Natural Bridge. Gabe was a great host with great communication. We would love to stay here again when in Payson.

This property was exactly as described. It was super homey and included everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and weather was excellent. Gabriel was very hospitable and we will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem in the mountains.

We had such a great stay at this beautiful property. It’s perfectly convenient to both town and hiking trails, very clean and well-equipped. The boulders in the landscape are such a cool feature! We would love to stay here again on our next trip.

My husband, daughter and I had a great time on our mini-trip to Payson. They had toys for my 1.5 yr old daughter to play with/keep her occupied. The house was as adorable/cozy as the pictures made it look. we would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Payson.

Extremely clean and no insects inside. Comfortable gated front deck and fenced back yard w doggy door access. Plenty of amenities including Keurig coffee maker and k-cups. 2 wall mounted big screen tv's w lots of choices. Very good ventilation and A/C. Quiet neighborhood w easy access to restaurants, Green Valley Park w lake, grocery stores, etc.
My wife and I stayed there w our 2 dogs-an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. All of us were very comfortable and the dogs enjoyed the easy access to the back yard through the doggy door that was just the right size for them. Gabriel the owner was easy to reach and provided quick feedback. Check in was simple w the combination lock. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband stayed here a few nights during a summer road-trip. Gabe was an awesome host and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The home was perfect, had good amenities, and a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful backyard, especially in the evening. If and when we return to Payson we will stay here again. I highly recommend!

Our goal was to escape the valley heat and explore Rim Country. The home is located close to most things you’d need in town, plus close enough to roads to take you on great adventures!
The home was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fenced in front and back areas where our dog could safely explore.

We loved this comfortable home. The back patio and front porch were great places to relax each day after enjoying Payson and the surrounding area. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Gabriel is a responsive host. He is very easy to get a hold of when needed. This home is located close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Such a comfortable, extremely clean and well stocked home. We enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer. We were so happy to get to bring our dogs with us and they had a blast. Even got to see an Elk, thanks to a friendly neighbor pointing it out to us in her back yard. The back patio was shaded in the afternoon and perfect for cooking out on the grill. We enjoyed the wine while listening to the breeze blowing through the pine trees.

Sonoran desert heat to Ponderosa pines cool in less than 3 hour drive. Great base location close to all activities Payson has to offer. Guest host was easy to communicate with and offered suggestions on where to take our dog for daily hike. Super clean with great backyard and front deck to kick back and enjoy.

We had a wonderful time exploring Payson but we had trouble leaving the front deck. Sooooo cozy to relax and take a nap.
I didn’t want to come home this morning, a statement for how comfortable your home is amongst the boulders and pines.
We hiked the Tonto Natural Bridge and Water Wheel falls, we found these hikes a bit difficult being in our 60’s but so glad we didn’t chicken out. Both were beautiful!
Went to Pine for dinner so we could see elk. We weren’t disappointed except no sighting of a bull elk.
I noticed how many return visitors you had, you can add me to that list. The house is immaculate, cozy, close to restaurants and dog friendly 🐶

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. We had everything we needed. Wonderful location close to all we needed. The property was great, enjoyed the front porch area as well as the back. Very private and quiet. The home was immaculate and the host great to communicate with. Definitely a 5 star

This is our second time staying in this home. You can smell how clean it is as soon as you open the door. Our family and pups enjoyed our Easter weekend. Doggy door and fenced in yard is perfect for the furbabies and our children. Location is perfect close to everything food and grocery stores. We cannot wait to come back in the summer! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family and small dog for the weekend. Quite neighborhood close to everything we needed. The house was clean and welcoming. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making this an inviting experience and we will definitely be back!

I stayed at this property with my cousin and 95 year "young" mother. The property was perfect for us to get around and the cleanliness was unsurmountable! Communication leading up to and during our stay was fantastic! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Payson area! I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this property again!

Wonderful cottage nestled between picturesque granite monoliths and pines. Excellent floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet street close to town. All paved roads. Back yard is small and manicured amongst granite monoliths; with yard furniture and BBQ. Fully fenced with a dog door to the dinning room. Front porch is peaceful and enclosed for a dog. Wouldn't change a thing, except to stay longer next time!

We stayed here for 3 nights and this home is perfect. It have a beautiful backyard with huge boulders that adds to the privacy and is completely safe for our little fur baby. It is nicely furnished, the beds are clean and comfy and the whole house is well stocked with everything. This will be our go to home for all future Payson trips. The owner Gabriel is very quick to respond with questions, he's great!

This was a little honeymoon for us before my husband had to return back to Georgia for his US Army Infantry training. The place was not only immaculately clean but even the little details were just beautiful. It’s very quiet and peaceful but still close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back :)
