I offer an awesome home away from home. It's a perfect get away for any occasion. Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into the apartment as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed. The terrace is huge and fabulous and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. The sunrise is Devine. This beach apartment is beautifully appointed with a lovely kitchen area with a granite counter, glass backsplash and a bar, refrigerator/freezer, 2 stove top burns, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. There is an awesome boardwalk/promenade between the apartment and the ocean. It’s a wonderful place to walk, run, ride bicycles and more. There is a beach parking lot one block north of the apartment that has an area that offers bike rentals. The apartment is located one block north of the Miami Beach area called Millionaires Row and is 12-15 minutes from the excitement and nightlife of South Beach, yet, far enough away to enjoy a quiet getaway. There are many restaurants, shops, grocery stores all within walking distance from the apartment. The beach apartment is located in a historic building. It's a little dated but excellent as you can see from my many photos and reviews. From my experience, I believe the quality you receive in staying at my beach apartment will stand out from all others in this price range and I live nearby if you need anything quickly. I have great reviews is because I do as much as possible to provide a great beach apartment experience. As a result, I have many guests from all over the world who return year after year and recommend this apartment to their friends. NOTE: Pets are welcome. There is a pet fee of $100. Parking fee's are included and can be removed if you will not have a vehicle. Also, please consider travel insurance to cover the price of your trip in the event you have an emergency. This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the ocean views and beach, stroll the boardwalk, and dine at the restaurants that were close by. The property manager stayed in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time.

We traveled to Miami Beach for a friend's birthday weekend. The condo was perfect! It had the essentials (full kitchenette, large walk-in closet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower), and a perfect view of the ocean! Loved the balcony/terrace, with comfy lounge chairs. Pool is perfect, also, plenty of lounge chairs.
Great location on the bike path, perfect for running/walking or renting bikes (bike rental is a 5min walk North).
Valet parking is included with the unit (car retrieved very fast! I tipped the valet each time, but much less expensive than any other Miami Beach parking).
It is a short, safe walk to several restaurants and bars. Will definitely come back for a future beach weekend!

The best part is the gorgeous view. We shut the air off and cracked opened the door to fall asleep to the breeze and sounds of the ocean. It was more of a hotel-sized accommodation studio style, but it had everything my husband and I needed to enjoy our stay. It had plenty of room for us but would be tight for more than 2 adults and maybe a small child or two. The beach chairs and cooler were appreciated (there was also an umbrella but it was too windy to use). We enjoyed the balcony views for our coffee and in general. My husband got a day pass to the gym 1/2 mile north of the condo and I ran the beach board walk every day. The pool is heated and surprisingly large. The condo complex has a small sundries store with snacks and alcohol. There is a gas station right across the street with adequate snakes and drinks. If you need more there’s a publix and Walgreens a few blocks away. The restaurant/bar in the pictures was not open at all during our stay. The building is older and in need of work, but when you walk into the room it all fades away with the view of the ocean. The host was gracious available as needed.

Read all the reviews. Most are pretty accurate and fair. Building itself is older but seems to be pretty well maintained and clean. Room was very nice and was well equipped. We love a nice patio/terrace so that was our prime motivation and we were not dissapointed. Very large with great views. Beach access is convenient and easy. Boardwalk that goes all the way to South Beach is just outisde the rear gate. There is a pretty good selection of restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store off the lobby that seems to be open all the time and has very reasonable prices, so if you could not bring suntan lotion, etc it is right there. The host is the best part and should get 10 stars. Excellent communication from booking through departure. Very responsive. Would do anything to help make your stay a good exeprience. We have done VRBO for years and I can confidently say that Christine is the best of the best from a host perspective.

First impressions mean a lot. What the owner should have done up front is disclose that the her condo unit was in a closed Hotel, the Casablanca. That upon entering the hotel lobby, there was no front desk to find out anything, only a person behind a glass window. The huge lobby was mainly empty, with little furniture, low lighting, and no sign of life.
So first impressions for us and other renters was very negative. The owner should have said this in her promo of the condo, so that we would not be shocked. Her unit was like a dorm in college, all white and sparse. These points overshadow the plusses of the condo, like being on the beach, and having a deck facing the ocean. I hope she renews her promo material.

Perfect location and wonderful view. Would definitely come back. Building needs a refresh but apartment is clean and updated. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The view was beautiful, and that picture was very accurate. There was no restaurant, no bar, no onsite accommodations for a rainy day, which was our case. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t even stay in for a movie. The host graciously refunded the rest of our stay as we moved to a hotel but we were hugely disappointed

Oh my gosh, I can't recommend this location enough. The condo is a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics, and the view is incredible. Christine is a total superstar, providing everything we could've possibly needed for a stress-free vacation. As the pictures show, the patio is a particularly outstanding feature, and we couldn't get enough of it. The heated pool was also a great perk, the beach was seriously perfection, and we felt safe and welcomed by everyone we met. Communication with Christine was effortless and straightforward. This was our first non-hotel experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you!

This vacay was simply amazing. Checking in was a breeze, the view...omg...no words. Quick and easy access to the beach. The apartment was great, nice, clean, and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and coffee! (that was a big deal for me) Our hostess was very attentive. Her communication was excellent. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. I could go on and on. I will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Miami. We found this sweet little beachfront apartment that was perfect for getting down to the water daily. We came back up for lunch and would go back down after, then come back and shower and get in our rental car and find a place for dinner(a couple of nights we walked to close by places). We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony. It was a great little getaway spot for just the two of us.

I stayed at this property with two teenage children, it was exactly what I expected from the listing and more. It had a great location, access to shopping / restaurants , the beach and the amazing view of the sunrise. Lastly, the host Christine is amazing and made sure we were taken care of and informed our entire stay. Me and my children needed a major positive reset in our lives and this was it! Thank you.

I scoured options for Miami Beach. This was the least expensive option that included a terrace/balcony facing the ocean. Watching the sunrises really makes the place!
I saved a little bit of money by buying parking in advance. First of all, I’d have to concur with others about a coat of paint needed in the hallways and carpets should s be changed, but I’m not sleeping in the hallway so who cares? The suite itself is so lovely. It’s cute. Warm. Inviting. Had everything I needed.
Just a couple of considerations. Firstly, the patio door needs a screen. I’m not an air conditioning person.
You'd be wise to pack one of those fold out toiletry bags. I hung mine behind the door. There is very limited surfaces in the bathroom to put stuff.
The tap in the shower stall is installed backwards. Once I figured that out, I had hot water, no problem. Just turn the tap in the opposite direction of the arrow pointing to the H for hot.
If you’re a light sleeper travelling during the rainy season, this is not the place for you. The rain in the middle of the night woke me up because it made loud sounds pinging off of the metal terrace banister.
I had a little trouble getting in the door, (operator error), but Christine was quick to respond and helped me through it. She was a very attentive host and would recommend her and her ‘sunrise on the ocean’ suite.
And as a single woman I felt totally safe walking around the neighbourhood, even at night. Recommend Christine!

First, I want to say. The balcony is great, but the place was dirty we have to vacuum the rug it had sand. The water smell like metal. I picked this place because of few amenities that was listing on the website according to the owner. And I paid dearly for this condo. I did not know people live there so it has a lot of rules This place should not be rented for people that want to have fun. I also that Christine Horne (The owner) should have answer my phone calls instead of text message.
To Christine Horne you should compensation me for some of the money your place is not good enough for renters need upgrade beside you should let renter's buy towels and toilet paper. Ms. Horne you should call me asap. Also, Vrbo you should not believe anything the owner say about their Condo. You should investigate before posting on your website.

The large terrace and beautiful ocean view are terrific. The apartment was everything we needed for the two of us and the host was super responsive.

We enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach which wasnt busy. There is also a nice bike/walking path with citibike rentals close by. We didnt use the pool but it was large with plenty of chairs. Valet parking only which never took long to get our car. The building is pretty old but the room was clean. The view from the deck is great but the floor of the deck is gritty and we needed to constantly sweep up the area in front of the sliding glass door.

Great location right at the beach including private large balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was very responsive and allowed a late checkout which was helpful on last beach day.

Great little place right on the beach (North Beach). Patio is awesome for watching the sun (and moon) rise over the ocean. Easy access to the beach from the building. Beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus! Christine was a very nice and responsive host. Great experience overall.

We drove to Miami Beach from Houston, TX so that we could see the Miami Dolphins play Green Bay Packers. It was -1 in Houston and was about 50° in Miami the entire time we were there. experiences were amazing even though it was cold and rainy. This apartment does have the best view possible. Not many of the apartments in this building have balconies so it makes complete sense that the price is a little higher than the other apartments. We had some AC issues and issues with the neighbors next-door being loud until 4am, but Christine was amazing and took care of all the issues we had. Even though it was Christmas, she stayed in contact and assured me it was never a problem to text her. I was a little surprised that there are not many stand alone restaurants in the area and many many many other people did not speak English including the valet. Even with the language barrier the check in process was easy. I did not like having to valet the car and having to have them bring the car if I needed something from it but it is that way every where there.
I hope we can return again when the weather is better and enjoy the private beach. The convenience store across the street was a big PLUS

Had a fantastic stay. Views as promised with a super helpful responsive host. Rented citibikes to get around. Got takeout breakfast and lunch from the Yes Cafe across the street and enjoyed on the awesome balcony. Wonderful visit!

Although the unit is a little run down and the building itself needs upgrade, the view and the location made up for it. Most of all, Christine is a wonderful host! Very responsive and very accommodating. The studio unit has enough space for 2 people and we make do. It has most of the things we needed. The shared laundry machines broke down during our stay. The corridor of the building is very worn out and smells bad. However, the price and the location made up for it and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great for walks along the boardwalk and easy to get around Miami Beach.

We stayed 9 days in Miami Beach in this apartment with the fantastic view from the terrace.
Although we had a visit from Ian for 2 days, the three of us were always comfortable.
