Located in Lake Conroe, this attractive campground/ rv resort for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation on Lake Conroe in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom /2 bath 2300sft double wide mobile home, with large porch overlooking the water. The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen sized beds and 1 bunk bed for sleeping 10 people. Also has full size washer and dryer for your daily use. The spacious living room is furnished with 46" TV with dish satellite and WiFi . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with large home made table . Situated in a cove on Lake Conroe , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or fishing off the large deck in the rear of the house, as the house faces west it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from the rear deck. An early check-in may be available for an additional $20 for first hour, then $15 for each additional hour, If interested pls text or email thru website for us to check housekeeping schedule. No more than 5 cars/vehicles at anytime. No more than 12 people. We are pet friendly, pls note the yard is not fenced in.

It was nice to wake up up in the morning and go to bed at night looking at the beautiful view of the lake. We had everything we needed and more. A great time and place to bring in the New Year

We loved the location of the house on the lake, and the house is very nice! The end deck is the perfect place to sit and have morning coffee, and to watch the sunset also. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The host were A+, always available for any questions we had!

We had a great family gathering at the lake house. The kids loved the pool table and fishing. It was clean and nicer than I expected for a mobile home. We were in a record heat wave in August, so it took a long time for the AC to cool down but the host was very communicative and apologized for not getting a neighbor to turn it down. Also, we tried swimming, but again record heat wave and the water was just as hot as the 103 degrees air... but that's just Texas( I'm not from here). I could have used more deck chairs and they took the suggestion to get them next time. Overall clean and comfy! We would come back (maybe in the winter next time.) Oh and looking at ducks and watching the sunset on the deck was a highlight! Beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook too.

Had a great time catching catfish off the back deck. Returned them all safe and sound back to the lake as I plan to return and do it again. Nice place and fun time with my family.

Beautiful view, sunsets and home. The decor was brilliant and amazing. I really enjoyed my stay for my birthday it was the best! I hope to cone back soon!

Great experience with great host's. Only complaint would be the creepy neighbor a few houses down that would sit and stare at us while we were outside and shine his spotlight on us if we were outside on the deck after dark.

Pros: right on the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, has boat dock, sleeps a large family or group, pool table (although it leans to one side), ample parking Cons: 1.) NO DISHWASHER. Unless you fully trust how well the people before you hand washed the dishes and silverware- prepare to hand wash all dishes prior to use. Also, prepare to hand wash all dishes used during your stay (and put away). 2.) The house needs serious attention to the number of spiders, webs and nests on the back patio. 3.) it claims to be pet friendly but has no fenced in area for the dog to use the bathroom. Also, it appears all of the neighbors allow their dogs to roam freely, creating a very difficult situation to walk dogs or allow them to potty. 4.) Master bathroom door doesn’t close 5) the door handle to to the bedroom with the bunk does not operate properly-leaving my 5 year old screaming one night needing to use the bathroom thinking he was locked in the room. 6) No Wi-Fi 7) only one TV 8) while it was unlocked during our stay- just as a heads up- the thermostat has a lock box around it and is set at 74 degrees. You have to text the owners to get permission to unlock the box to change the thermostat. 9) Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable

Disappointed that we had to go in cleaning the outside deck before we could enjoy it. There were numerous spider webs and dirt filled furnishings.

The house was nicer than the pictures portrayed. The back deck literally is right on the lake, with an awesome view of the lake. A few short steps down to the pier you can go swimming, or fishing. If you have a boat, a kayak, or jet ski's, bring them! Quiet community, nice neighbors, GREAT place to relax, to unwind, unplug, and get away from the stress of the city life and city noises. WE LOVED IT!!!

We had an amazing time. So relaxing!! Fishing off the back porch was perfect. Neighbors were extremely nice. Plan to come back again. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

Clean property on the water

Clean property on the water

I didn’t expect it to be in a trailer park but once at the residence and I saw how well kept and clean the mobile home was, I was very excited. It was truly on the water and I loved the amenities and the themes of the different rooms. The home was large and the rooms were adequate to fit all of us. The only things that needed to be addressed were that some of doors didn’t close all the way, other than that everything was great.
