About this condo rental
Situated in Cape May, this lovely condo for $500 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cape May is one of the few locations in the world where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over two different bodies of water. Our family's condo is conveniently located right across from the beach and a handicap beach access. We are a short walk from fine dining, miniature golf, arcade, shopping, and bike rentals. 1,615 square foot condo. Top floor master bedroom features a balcony facing the ocean and 1 full bathroom and queen-sized bed. Closet in bedroom, dressers and a flat screen TV. Top floor guest room has ocean view, 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser, full bath, flat screen TV and Fire Stick. Third bedroom on lower level has ocean view, one twin size trundle bed, dresser, flat screen TV and DVD player. Large open living room with access to beachfront balcony. Living room has large flat screen smart TV with DVD player. Living room also features a gas burning fireplace. Dining room is open to the living room so the whole family can mingle. Full kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a smaller fridge in the garage that is great for chilling drinks. The half-garage has an outdoor propane BBQ grill. Low beach chairs and high beach chairs are provided for our guests to use as well as some children's beach toys. Mattress and pillow protectors, comforters are provided, sheets and bath and beach towels are NOT included. We recommend Linen Ladies for services. Please use the outdoor hoses located on the side of the condo to rinse off the sand first. Bike racks are located behind C-building. Free parking is available on the street behind the property (New Jersey Ave). The unit has 1 reserved parking spot and additional parking is available in the reserved spots, also there are no meters on NJ Avenue. Please only use the front of the condo for loading and unloading. Coming to Cape May for a wedding? This property is great for several couples and located next to The Grand Hotel and other wedding venues in walking distance. **2019 Please Note there is NEW LODGING TAX for the State of NJ which is now added onto the rental fee, paid by the tenant. This is a State regulation and not the owners doing. Thank your government for that.

The property is just as described. The location is perfect and the owners were great with communication. The extra fridge in the garage is a great bonus. Plenty of beach chairs to use if you don’t want to bring your own.

Great property across from the beach with beautiful views. Close to all the activities in Cape May. House set up was perfect for our girls weekend with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

This property was great in so many ways for my family. The location was beautiful, quiet, and serene. Even with crummy weather, we were able to enjoy a beach view from the comfort of our bed

The location was convenient to the beach and some restaurants yet the area was quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and felt very beachy. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels and paper towels provided. Took us a few minutes to open the front door, didn’t realize we needed to turn the bolt knob and door knob. Once we figured it out it was a breeze. Parking was behind the building and easy to access. The deck off the living area was a nice spot to sit, have morning coffee, read or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the ocean. We had a small issue and property owner responded right away. There are a lot of stairs and might not be good for everyone. There is an adorable bedroom and half bath right up from the front hallway. TVs in each bedroom is a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Property was great- beautifully decorated and spacious. Sitting in the sunshine on the balcony, hearing the waves was our favorite spot. 5-10 minute walk to everything but nice and quiet and away from everything when you come back.

I booked the property for my husband and his son and a friend. They were able to relax in the beautiful condo. Everything was as described. Melinda was very accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

THE TOWN WAS SO BEAUTIFUL DECORATED, WE LOVED THE VIEW AND WATCHED THE MOST WONDERFUL SUNRISE ON THE BALCONY. WOULD COME BACK AGAIN!!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. The place is beautiful and they even had a Christmas tree up! The place is so centrally located and we walked everywhere and were able to enjoy everything Cape May has to offer!

The property was perfectly located across from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable and the view from the decks made for a nice place to sit and talk. The property had 4 floors, so many steps which may not be for someone with a disability. Otherwise, a perfect, fun place to spend time in Cape May.

We have stayed at Philadelphia Beach Condos several times and really enjoyed our experience in B2. Easy walk to the beach, well-stocked with necessary items and nicely updated and decorated. Highly recommend!

Quiet, relaxing, excellent location
The property was in excellent condition, comfortable living room -chairs, TV, mattresses were comfortable in the bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked for food prep, every room was clean, bikes available for use. This is a great location to get to restaurants, center of town and of course the beach is just across the street. We rode bikes to restaurants, easy parking for trolley tour & shopping. We had a fantastic girls reunion at this condo. Definitely recommend.

We have been coming to Cape May for more than 15 years and I’ve stayed at many places Philadelphia beach unit B2 was especially nice because of his close location to the beach and away from the Busytown section the property was very clean and neat with ample parking and beautiful view of the beach

Ladies getaway
Everything was perfect, location, parking, clean. Alot of stairs you get used to it after a day. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The only issue was the VRBO hadn't updated the listing and it had stated sheets and towels would be supplied and they were not Good thing I caught that before we got there. Otherwise the stay was a pleasure

Great Location
We visited in September and had a wonderful stay. No crowds, no traffic and across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed various MAC tours and our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great ocean view from the top floor of this four floor condo.

Had a wonderful time in a great location. Condo was spotless in a great area and convenient and easy beach entrance. Must say we were very proud that Melinda's condo was the only one that flew the American flag and colors on both floor balconies.

Perfect for us
We had a fabulous time at this condo! Beach access is so easy, especially hauling a young kiddo in tow. The host was Uber communicative and even dropped off a booster seat when we needed it. Accommodations are comfortable, views are great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. We’d 1000% definitely stay here again!

Cape May is a charming, family-friendly beach town. The condo is spacious, clean and the ideal location for beach goers. It was equipped with everything we needed, and the host was very accommodating. We loved it all!
