• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house
• Guests must clean up after their dog

The AC was not working on the 2nd floor. I called the property manager and in less than hour it was fixed— on Memorial Day weekend. I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of it. The living room/ dining room / kitchen area was large and laid out nicely for our family. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers— plus it was well equipped. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms also. I really appreciated the elevator — especially to move suitcases and food around. I LOVE that there was a beach chair/tent service. It wasn’t crowded at all on the beach even though it was a holiday weekend. My kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Checkout was a breeze. My only wish is that I wish there were more chairs on the 3rd floor balcony. I plan on coming back.

We loved our stay at this home last week. It was so close to the beach and it had parking for all the families meeting here for our vacation. Inside the home; having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. We had 15 people (all adults) and it was easily adequate. The kitchen had 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves - and plenty of space to move around. And, everyone loves all the decks off the rooms where they could hang out or pop out for a private phone call. And - loved the elevator to assist all the stairs when bringing in luggage and food. Terrific stay !

Was nothing like the pictures showed. Needs lots of updating ! You can barely see the beach and the cleaning crew needs to be fired.
