Horrible Studio room.

Pool was ok and very close walk to beach and restaurants. Concierge was a sweet older man

The room was nothing like pictures. When I complained that we had been given wrong room and showed them pictures from the website they said - oh only 2 pictures were of the room. The room had a gas top burner but no gas. No toaster or any way to make food. No chairs at pool. One filthy lawn chair on the deck. Bed was a twin and was like a rock that made a cracking noise everytime you moved. Tiny tv inside the closet and you had to close the doors everytime you wanted to go to bathroom or move around because not wide enough space between bed and closet. It was suppose to be a one bedroom but it was a tiny studio.

Great to stay here

Ok we arrived and did not like the apartment we got smelt like propane and patio was closed in but the staff bent over backwards to make us extremely happy move to another condo once we got settled in into New condo stay was perfect the staff astounding and the grounds were immaculate and pool was clean now if I had to find a negative would be condo could of been better equipped in the kitchen but not a bigger just loved the location and staff

close to the beach. cool on the bottom floor

Musty smell. I saw two cockroaches. one under the sink and a smaller one in the bedroom. I killed the small one and the one in the kitchen took off behind the cupboard. There should have been more regular sheet and towels. We had to ask for more toilet paper and clean towels after one week. Our stay was for two weeks. We had a $49 Canadian charge on our visa at check-in. I have no idea what that was for.

I will not stay here again.

Very near the playa

located in a less nice area with little light in the evening. Very bad cleaning. Internet did not work at all. The toilet did not work and stop in the drain got the kitchen flooded.

Bed made a lot of noise, mattress was not good, construction next door caused building to vibrate and shake, was happy to leave, lost power and water during hurricane, they said they would reimburse for leaving to other place but did not reduce rent.

Very kind, helpful and optimistic staff on the reception:) I would come back just because of them:)

Fraud and poor attitude

They did not respect the genius assumption and even added fake taxes like electricity tax. We ended up paying $ 120 instead of $ 89. In addition, gas leaked from the stove top and there was a strong odor throughout the apartment.

great app, centrally located just 1 min from beach.

las terrazas is perfectly located just 1 min walk from the beach. close to many bars and restaurants of the los Coroles area. app are clean and spacious with an acc in every bedroom and the living room. we had a 4p app to ourselves that had 2 bathrooms.

unfortunately there was not a single sunbed or even a normal chair to be found anywhere around the pool. so you have to lay on the grass in front of other peoples app. which is not pleasent. we had a great time, but really missed being able to relax around the pool area.

Good value for money near the beach

The place is jsut wonderful. It is close to the pristine beach equipped with chaise lounges and thatch umbrellas. It features hot water and cozy bed. The staff is very helpful and attentive. They helped with all my requests.

The room could have been larger, but it is fine for the price set. It was actually good value for money. Bathroom is conventional. Nothing luxurious, but all is clean and tidy.
