Fully designed & remodeled with an artist's eye. Minutes walk to the heart of Main street. Enjoy luxurious sleep on our new organic hybrid mattresses & super soft 100% bamboo sheets! We prioritize health so that your can get out and fill your days with adventure and then sink into comfort! Bedrooms & baths: This home is all on one level and has 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Hardwood flooring and unique tile work throughout! Soak up some warmth in our indoor sauna after playing in the snow or ease your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. All four bedrooms have queen size beds with premium euro top natural mattresses. The master bedroom has a chaise lounge that would be comfortable for a child. Also our second bedroom has a loft designed for children ages 5 and up. It has a twin sized mattress. Other sleeping options for children include a foldout couch off of the dining room & a pack & play for infants. The master bedroom has a soaking tub, infared sauna and uniquely tiled shower that has been featured in Distinctly Montana Magazine. The second bathroom just been remodeled and modernized. The stylish walk in shower features unlimited hot water! Our hickory dining room table seats 10 guests and is perfect for a family feast! Other eating areas include our breakfast bar overlooking a newly renovated kitchen. Energy conscious travels will enjoy the radiant heat & on-demand hot water heater. This home also has a gas burning stove to cozy up to when the snow piles high! Our energy conscious indoor infared sauna has been constructed with reforested Canadian Hemlock and is designed to heat up quickly and efficiently. Other amenities include a full laundry room & beautiful outdoor patio with fully fenced LARGE yard. Bring your favorite well behaved fuzzy companion and let them romp! Our Pet fee is $150 and must be paid upon departure. We also have a piano in the dining room to play your favorite tunes. We provide one parking space in front of the garage for regular sized vehicles. Please be advised that there is no off street parking for large or lengthy vehicles due to our limited parking space size. We do however have street parking available. We take cleaning seriously and only use the best chemical free cleaning techniques. After each stay ALL of our bedding is washed with free and clear laundry detergent. We clean all surfaces with Norwex cloths to create a sparkling clean & chemical free home. We stock the home with soaps made with plant extracts and pure essential oils. Whole house & yard I am available if you need me, otherwise I live across town. Our home is an easy stroll to tasty restaurants and shops. One block away is the main road to Bridger Bowl Ski Area. You are within walking distance to a shuttle service to the ski area & the Main Stream Bus Stop! Also an easy walk, you will find Bikram Yoga to warm you up and the Loft Spa which offers a sauna, steam room and cold plunge. There are many opportunities for scenic walks. Pete's hill is very close where you can take your dog and watch the sunset over Bozeman. Yellowstone National Park is an hour and a half drive through either the breathtaking Paradise River Valley or the Gallatin River Valley. Drive the Loop and take in the amazing wildlife of Montana. On your way, be sure to soak in the Historic Chico Hot Springs and Bozeman Hot Springs while you are here! One off Street Parking Space Available! 2 Blocks to Free Streamline Bus! Bus shuttle to Bridger Bowl ski area leaves every 15 minutes from the Fair Grounds on weekends. (URL HIDDEN) PARKING for large vehicles is not provided off street due to our limited parking space size. We ask that you do not encroach over the City of Bozeman sidewalk. Plenty of street parking is available in front of the house for long vehicles. PETS: Up to two dogs are allowed with an extra non refundable pet fee of $150. Please do not bring your dog if they jump on doors or windows, bark excessively, or urinate indoors. If you have a rambunctious dog, please plan to bring a kennel for your stay. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended unless in a kennel and not for more than 6 hours. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: We have a piano in the dining room to play your favorite tunes! We have a basketball court and swing in our wonderful yard! We would be happy to provide groceries for your visit! Please let us know how we can help make your vacation more enjoyable! Thank You! Off street PARKING is not provided for large or lengthy vehicles due to our limited parking space size. Please do not encroach over the City of Bozeman sidewalk or a $200 fee will be charged per occurrence. Plenty of STREET parking is available in front of the house for larger vehicles. DOGS are allowed with a $150 pet fee (two dogs maximum). Extended stays May incite additional pet fees. If your dog jumps on doors or windows, barks excessively, or urinates in the house please leave them at home. Additional fees up up to $800 may be charged for pet damage. PARTIES allowed with PERMISSION ONLY & extra Party Fee of $10/Person per party. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 persons. QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. All outdoor activities producing noise discernible from a neighboring property shall cease by 10:00 p.m. NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL DRUG USE anywhere on property. FURNITURE MUST NOT BE MOVED with the exception of the two green chairs in the living room and the coffee table. PARTIES (or LOCAL GUESTS spending extended time) may incur an extra fee of $10 per guest per day. LOCAL DOGS are not allowed unless $150 pet fee has been paid. CHECK-IN Time is 4:00 unless otherwise agreed upon. CHECK-OUT Time is 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed upon. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ARRIVE AFTER 7 PM or on a later date than your agreed upon check in date. TRASH REMOVAL: Trash & Recycling bins are provide for you. Extra large bins are located next door. If you have trash/recycling in excess of the bins provided please call Pele at 406-581-4823. Trash & Recycling is to be placed on the curbside on Wednesdays by the property owner unless otherwise specified. I (we) hereby agree to abide by the above written rules & agree to vacate rented premises no later than the 4:00 pm. Before vacating, I (we) will do the following maintenance: 1. Wash any dishes that are not clean in the dishwasher. 2. Pick up any dog waste that is in the backyard. In the event that a pet or party is found on the premises during your stay, if it was not allowed per agreement, Landlord/owner shall have the right to withhold $300 per pet and $300 per party/extra guests fee. We reserve the right to ask you and your guests to vacate the premise IMMEDIATELY if quiet hours are not respected or out-of- hand parties are being held. If a violation of the lease agreement is suspected, including but not limited to: (extra people staying in the house, a party that is being held without permission, smoking on the premises, or illegal activity) we reserve the right to inspect the premises without notice. I (we) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. I (we) agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. LANDLORD/OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY. By paying through the Hosting website you automatically agree to all parts of this Lease. Anything broken or damaged must be reported IMMEDIATELY so that necessary repairs can be made and further damage may be avoided. PLEASE do not attempt to make repairs yourself. Before & after booking I continued to watch reviews. I was very optimistic and rightfully so! Our week of skiing and time in Bozeman was enhanced by staying here and getting to enjoy time as a family! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer efficient, proximity to downtown great and easily walkable, so many small touches to make you feel welcomed. Genuinely enjoyed our stay and it truly exceeded our expectations! Communication with owner was always prompt as well!

Property was very clean, which is top priority for me! comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed both the sauna and the large tub in the master bath. The bath bombs were a nice plus:) The house is surprisingly spacious! Plenty of towels and blankets. we were in want of nothing. Excellent place to stay!

My brother, cousins, and I had a great time here. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. It's in a great location, next to downtown for food and nightlife, and right by the road to Bridger Bowl for skiing. Many thanks to Pele for an awesome stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, location, owner, etc. I and my family of 4 had a wonderful time staying in Bozeman and skiing at Bridger Bowl. Extremely clean and comfortable with lots of amenities.

20 years of Bozeman visits in and around town and Pele's place exceeds every other property! A true gem in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Her home and outdoor spaces offer every amenity and more for travelers with friends, family, and pets. Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, chemical free cleaning, exceptional host communication, living spaces coordinated for comfort with time and thoughtful care, walking distance to parks and downtown shopping...a stay in Pele's home will ensure an authentic Bozeman experience for all!

This house is awesome. We loved it. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, as well as spices, nice coffee maker and comfy beds!! Basketball court to boot!!! Love all the little touches and old charm of the home. Such a short walk to downtown. Seriously... GREAT!!! The only caution -- the ceiling fan in the room with the sleeping loft is DANGEROUSLY close to the lofted bed and the railings of the loft are definitely not to code. My daughter (who was getting married in 5 days) ended up in the ER with stitches and a broken nose as a result of the fans proximity to the bed. As long as you are aware and turn off the ceiling fan in that room, you'll be fine. Owner should seriously consider changing the ceiling fan to an encased model or removing it altogether. Other than that one caution... it's a great house.
