John is a very responsive and wonderful host, and his condo is great for a TC visit. The location can’t be beat and the dedicated parking spot is super important for busy holiday times when parking downtown is hard. Clean, comfy, well appointed, no fuss. Walls are thin and the building can be a little noisy because sound carries. Some of the finishes in the apartment are showing wear and tear but overall everything was great. Definitely recommend.

This worked great for our stay. Close to Ild Mission Peninsula and Downtown. Relatively quiet area. Great communication with the owner.

Condo is very nice, clean and super convenient to downtown with parking Comfortable beds and seating. Nice bathrooms. Dishwasher is usable but needs an update. Full kitchen necessities except for plastic wrap or aluminum foil; either would have been welcome for leftovers. Would definitely return!

Everything about our stay was awesome. From the booking to the departure. John and Amanda messaged us our arrival instructions in plenty of time and were quick to answer our questions. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would book from John and Amanda again!

The condo was nice but, could use some upgrades. Old refrigerator with broken ice maker (we had to buy ice) and dishwasher is rusty inside. Light over range is out. The first VRBO I’ve ever rented that doesn’t have a Keurig coffee maker. There was no foil, plastic wrap or baggies in the kitchen, another first for me.

The apartment was larger than expected. Nicely decorated and amenities. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Traverse Bay lake front is just across the street. We went to Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes area, Northport, Sutton Bay, road bikes around Boardman Lake and out east of Traverse Bay. Nice trip and accomodationns.

This trip included an out-of-town friend, and I wanted a special place to stay where we could visit and hang out between outings. The condo is lovely, well decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. Unfortunately, the neighbors/renters in the unit above ignored the posted rules regarding quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am and felt it was just fine to party until about 1 or 2 in the morning. Very disturbing and makes me reluctant to consider returning or recommending this complex to friends.

Everything was clean and in order. Nice place. Fifth person slept on a nice quality inflatable bed. Excellent location, short distance to everything you’d want to see and do. Hosts were very responsive. Checking in and out was easy!

The property was well maintained a appointed. Very nice location and so thin walking distance of downtown. Comes with a built in alarm clock as the small child who lived in the upstairs apartment was up before 6 am every morning riding there scooter back and forth all morning. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

We loved the location of the condo. The condo was very clean and perfect for two couples. Communication with the hosts was top notch. Quick to respond and very accommodating. We could easily walk into town and to the water too. I would stay here again!

The unit was spacious and had everything that we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids under 2. It was in a great location and walkable to everything we wanted and a great park right across the street. The building has thin walls, so it was a noisy with neighbors upstairs and you can hear the toilet flush, etc. Hopefully they will add some black out curtains as the bedrooms face east (morning sun) and get some street light/car light at night.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to downtown was easy. About a 10 minute walk. Condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Plan on staying there again.

Close to all the spots we usually visit when we are here which made for a really convenient weekend! Clean, easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking! Best of all, the place was MUCH larger than the picture depicted!

The location and unit were perfect for us! Unfortunately the upstairs unit was very very loud by wearing bricks to walk around specifically from 2am-8am every night. Made for sleepless nights and almost uncomfortable feeling wondering what was going on.

We loved this property. Great location, clean, spacious. It was perfect for 4 adults and 1child. The toys on site were a big hit. Clear communication from owner re: chech-in and check-out process. Phone numbers available, but we didn't need anything! The numbered parking spaces were covered with snow so we parked in guest parking. However, when we got inside there was a diagram identifying our assigned spot, so we moved our car to that spot.
