Welcome to Paradise! *There will be concrete work will be performed at Spoonbill beginning mid June.  There will always be access to the pool and elevator. Work can occur Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. There are days it will be quiet and days it will not be. Each day noise or disruption may vary depending on the specific work of that day. If your plans are to spend days going to the beach and/or exploring the area then the disruption may not affect you. But if your vacation preference is staying in the condo sitting on the balcony during the day you might want to reconsider your vacations plans. There are great restaurants located on the Island and just a short drive down the street is Downtown Stuart and Downtown Jensen, you’re taste buds will not be deprived! Shop! Downtown Stuart offers an eclectic mix of boutiques and shops. Palm Beach Gardens Mall is a world-class shopping destination with over 160 stores and restaurants and the Vero Beach Outlets are just under an hour drive north. Fish!
