This one-story three bedroom, 2-1/2 bath beach house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and screened-in porch.
You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, ice machine, microwave, combination Keurig coffee pot with 12 cups and a single pod, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating.
The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include an outside shower, 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

The property is in a little cul de sac in Martinique. It comes with bicycles and a golf cart for riding around the beautiful neighborhood. It is located just a short walk from the beach and pool The staff is very friendly and responds to all your needs
