3 nights minimum, 2 nights rentals could be discussed with the Property Owner with an inquiry. 3 Day Minimum on Weekends Only (Friday-Sunday) for months May - September. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the Property Owner. Beautiful 3,000 Sq. Ft. house. Features and house description: Sits on 1.25 acres Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer. Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms 2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water. Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool. Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall. Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen. House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water. Full size bar in main house. Full size kitchen. Washer and dryer. Prices vary depending on holiday and month: RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night. ***IMPORTANT*** Copies of ids will be REQUIRED. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement (see house rules) the reservation will not be valid.

This was our second time renting this home and would recommend to everyone! Great location on the river, away from the crowds, but still close to everything and so relaxing. We would definitely come back again!

This lovely and spacious home in the desert, on the Colorado River, was the perfect holiday getaway for our extended family. Storms helped us get a lay of the land before we arrived and made sure there was a Christmas tree for the young children. The family wants to return in the summer to take advantage of the summer activities.

Our family loves this beautiful property. We have returned every year! Blue skies and turquoise water, and a beautiful home! The convenience of a private boat dock is so amazing!

We chose the property for quiet area (for this time of year, anyway) and the river frontage. Kids had a great time at the sand/beach area, while adults could choose bar and fantastic seating/sunning areas. The pool was also a reason we chose it, however there was a problem as the first night the pump cycled extremely loud at 3am and ended up not being usable. Went to plan B and used the jacuzzi also snuck in some trips up to the Casinos in Laughlin
House itself worked well with a family, we had a total of 10, plenty of rooms for all, and a living room and kitchen that fit all of us just fine. Beds and pillow were comfy, too.

This was around our 10 time renting the River Front Home. We stood here for 6 nights, we had a Great Time with Family and Friend's. I liked the improvements that were previously added to the house, the jet ski floating dock and the boat dock. I also liked the fans that were installed in the 2 BBQ areas they helped a lot. I really want to Thank Jon the owner for letting us stay at his amazing house, and I already booked it for 2024.

Jon’s place was perfect! Clean, well kept, well stocked, and great communication. What we loved most was the private beach and dock. Being able to launch our boat on the private ramp was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a beautiful home, great location away from the over crowding in laughlin. I can sit at the balcony and watch the boats pass all day long. The house has 2 master bedrooms that are spacious and have super comfortable beds and pillows. Everything in this house is as described and better. Already booked our return for next year!

Family has been coming out to the river for generations and this was the best time we’ve ever had. The place is every bit of what you expect. A mansion on the River. We had a great time. The family room/dining/kitchen area is a great gathering place and plenty of room for big family meals, then there’s still plenty of space for everyone to get a little privacy.

This house was absolutely amazing for my family vacation. When you check in, you are greeted with an actual person and they take you on a tour through the house, show you all the features and the amenities, so many amenities! Salt water pool in an enclosed courtyard, with an out door kitchen with a grill. Perfect for grilling and taking a dip into the pool to cool off. A pool house with its own bathroom and a little kitchenette. The house has a massive kitchen with PLENTY of seating for everyone to sit an enjoy meals together. Whole home surround sound with volume control in every room including the outdoor patio! Every room in home has its own bathroom, huge plus, big open walk in showers for the 2 masters. Backyard patio has a jacuzzi and ample seating. Lower level bar area with an additional Grill, fridges and outdoor TVs! Below that the massive open Sandy beach, plenty of room to enjoy. Floating dock and your own personal launch ramp! No need to leave to launch your boats. This house is fully stocked with everything needed, odds are if you forgot something, the house is already equipped! There’s so much parking space as you drive in, no need to stress where to park cars or your trailers! Great experience - definitely will be booking again!

This place feels like your own mini resort. We traveled with two jet skis and a boat. There’s nothing like being able to walk to the dock, get on your toys, and then walk back inside to get out of the heat or to grab a bite. It was extremely hot during our stay but being able to cool down greatly enhanced our experience. The home is spacious and better than advertised. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to find peace and quiet and plenty of space to congregate indoors or outdoors. I can’t wait to return, although the place is rarely available. We actually boated to Havasu on the first day. It was great to have this house to come back to after a long day on the water. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. Thanks for providing a great vacation getaway!!!

This is our second time staying at this location and we had the best time. I love the location being right on the water. The house has a launch ramp that makes putting our boats in the water super easy. The house was super clean and the beds were comfy. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

This was our second family trip to this property once in March for spring break and now over summer vacation. The kids definitely enjoyed more this trip due to the weather being better for swimming. The house is great for a couple families. Kids and adults have enough space. It’s great to have your own private launch. Jon was a great host, met us at the property. Very friendly and easy to communicate with! We are already looking forward to planning trips next summer.

Plenty of room in this big beautiful house for our party of 11. Jon was great, quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. The place is well equipped with tons of extras, so if you forgot something chances are Jon has it covered. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This house has it ALL!! Gorgeous River view, perfect beach front, launch ramp and dock, pool and jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, several bars and BBQs, surround sound with Bluetooth speakers and 4 refrigerators! The host is quick to communicate and very helpful! We just left and we are already planning our next trip!!

My family of 4 kids, 2 adults, and a grandparent was extremely satisfied with our stay. The vibes the house give off are nothing short of peaceful and fun! Everything is included and you don’t need to leave the property for entertainment or anything else. My children loved playing in the river, poop, and hot tub. Gorgeous views and cozy home. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Mr. Storms your house was just beautiful and so super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed from spices to fully stocked with cookware. Sofas were very comfortable and tvs were equipped with all the shows possible. The beds were very good and we slept great. This place was so fun for my family and the location was close to everything. Everything is at the house and I never had to ask for anything. I will be coming back for another family vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!

This place is amazing! We rented the house for our family to celebrate my sons 30th and grandsons 1st birthday. This place had everything you could need or want. Everyone enjoyed the private beach, downstairs bar and swimming pool! Kids, dogs and adult paradise! Can’t wait to go back and stay again! The owner was great and communication was awesome! A+++

The owner was on point, very helpful, easy to talk to. There is nothing I can say bad about this place. It was my sons 23rd birthday we had family and friends 12 of us total.
The view, the furniture, the assistants we had the entire time if we had questions and more than enough places to cook. I want to say thank you to the owners we had an amazing time.

We wanted to get away for a weekend birthday celebration trip, but wanted to stay somewhere close to home (Vegas) and somehow having never been before, Needles became our destination.
Seeing the listing for this home it seemed like it would be a pretty cool spot, but the listing doesn’t do justice to seeing the property in person and Jon (the owner) was incredible to work with.
Not only is this property on the river with a private beach, but there are bars and refrigerators multiple levels, a heated pool inside a private courtyard, and a jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the river!
Jon was super accommodating for us and went above and beyond to make sure there were extra amenities for our kids (6 and 8) to have a fun time so we (the adults) could relax.
His personality and hospitality left me wanting to be his friend outside of just renting his property.
Highly recommend this place and DEFINITELY coming back!

We had such a wonderful time and plan to stay there again. The owner was very easy to reach, and the personal walk-through upon arrival was very helpful. The private beach is spectacular and our dogs were in heaven!

Super nice home. Tons of amenities. 2 full outside kitchens (like crazy nice kitchens) was kinda odd the check in he had someone meet you there, never had that before but ended up being very cool because there’s so many things that you need to know like the whole home audio my wife loved it. Has volume controls in all the rooms so you can turn on or off if you want. Probably wouldn’t of even touched that if the person didn’t show us how to use it. Had awesome showers in the 2 master suits (my favorite part) after a long day racing a long shower was awesome. The hot tub was cool the 1st night but it had some problems the 2nd night my wife was kinda bummed after dinner she wanted to jump in. But if that’s all of our problems I think we’re will be okay lol. Overall one of the nicest homes we have rented. Oh and it’s right on the river. I mean you can walk right into it from the back yard
