Our private home is located amongst majestic pines and palms, in a quiet, safe, peaceful residential area. It is situated in Rotonda Lakes on Florida's Gulf Coast renowned for its numerous championship golf courses and beautiful soft white sandy beaches. Our smoke free home is fully air-conditioned with a queen-size master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and a door leading to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, his and her wash basins and a private toilet. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a double closet. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a large dresser and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a tub/shower, vanity and toilet. The home has a spacious open living room furnished with 2 leather reclining couches and a TV with satellite. Double doors lead to the lanai and pool area. There is a formal dining area that seats up to 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils and has a table with seating for 4. There is a phone with unlimited calling in the US and free unlimited Broadband Internet access located in the desk area off the kitchen. There is a laundry room is off the kitchen that includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The rear of the property has a large lanai fully furnished with patio table and chairs for outside dining, or relaxing around the electrically heated private swimming pool.
