The Chalet was built in 2007 and has five bedrooms plus a loft. It has a large two story Great Room with a wall of windows and open concept floor plan into the kitchen/dining room with plenty of seating. There are 3 full bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 18 guests. The outdoor deck is an entertainers’ dream with over 800 square feet of added living space overlooking the tear drop shaped pond. The bright walkout basement is complete with a pool table, large flat screen TV, built in bar with beer fridge, and games nook. At the end of your busy day, have a soak in the covered outdoor hot tub and enjoy the view! This chalet can be enjoyed all year round. The area is famous for its winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and snowmobiling. In summer there is golf, tennis, hiking, and challenging mountain biking in the immediate area. Holiday Valley Resort nearby has added a Sky High Adventure Park and 3 outdoor pools with a water slide. For winter rentals, snow tires and all-wheel or four-wheel drive on your vehicle is highly recommended as there is a steep hill on our street (plowed and sanded regularly).
