Exactly as pictured! Very clean. Convenient little spot near Main St. We booked with intention of bringing our pup. Ended up not bringing him, but seems very convenient for your furry friend. Our kids loved the hot tub under the stars! Thank you.

This is a lovely two bedroom plus loft unit located above a garage in residential Lake Placid. A couple of minutes drive, or a 10 minute walk to the main drag in downtown Lake Placid. The build quality and finish of this apartment is excellent. A nice little deck and fenced yard. Somewhat low ceilings in the loft, but would be perfect for the kids.

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for our family and medium-sized dog. The temperatures were frigid when we were there but the apartment was always warm and cozy! We loved jumping into the hot tub on the deck after a day on the slopes. The entry way complete with bench was perfect for taking on and off all of our winter gear (not all apartments have this feature in my experience!). The beds and couch were super comfy and there was no noise from the street. The host was very helpful and always responded immediately. A hidden gem for me was I hadn't before been on the "railroad trail" which is a few minutes walk from the house. It turns out the railroad trail (which goes for miles and miles) was perfect for walking my dog and for cross-country skiing. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely time at this property. Our whole family enjoyed the outdoor ice skating rink in the yard.

We enjoyed our stay and had what we needed to cook most of our own meals and relax away from crowded hotels. It was the perfect location with a quick drive back and forth to the Olympic Center.

The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding. The backyard ice rink was a pleasant surprise and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. There were no basic bathroom supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and some coffee in the kitchen but it wasn't a big deal.

We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing at Whiteface and hiking in ADKs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to prepare our own meals in. The sofa was very comfortable, The gas fireplace gave a nice ambiance and plenty of heat. We would return.

Absolutely perfect & cozy for our family. Communication and location were also spot on. We can't wait to come back and stay again. Much gratitude!

This was our second time staying here. Property is relaxing and well-maintained, as well as close to tons of activities and town. Looking forward to the next time!

My family and I had an amazing thanksgiving holiday at ashleys place. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to roam around. In addition to that the floors were heated! Could not have asked for a more perfect stay in lake placid. The hot tub and fireplace made it even more special. I would not hesitate to book again next time we come to whiteface/lake placid.

We are sad to leave Lake Placid! The accommodations were so comfortable and clean. The fenced in yard made it very convenient for letting our dogs out. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a hike! We want to come back. Thanks!

This was a great place very close to town. The space was as described, very clean and cozy. The fire pit and hot tub are great to have as well! Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was as described in the listing. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub, but they both looked nice. Ashley was communicative and contacted us before our arrival. We did have a bit of trouble finding the house on our arrival, as we were instructed to look for a stone driveway but it appears to have recently been paved.

Something for everyone! The dog loved the fenced in yard. My kids loved the firepit. My husband and I loved the hot tub on the deck. Conveniently located, will stay here again.

Beautiful spot

We were coming to LP for the Ironman race, this looked perfect as it was not to close to the town and not to far that you needed to drive. The walk was exactly one mile and was very easy. So the location was spot on We were also bringing our dog and the fenced yard even though a little small was great. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. There was a hot tub but we close not to use it. No real complaints other than water could have been a little hotter in the shower and it would have been nice if there was a little more water pressure. The weekend we stayed was very warm and some air conditioning would have nice, the evenings were cool and so we just kept the windows open We did meet and chat with the hosts and they were a very nice couple All in all a very nice stay

Everything was great. Very clean, exactly as pictured. My daughter, her dog, and I really enjoyed staying here. We loved it and we loved Lake Placid and Mirror Lake! Can’t wait to go back!
