About this apartment rental
This condo is ALABAMA, right down to the hounds tooth chairs. Close to Bryant Denny Stadium and the University of Alabama. You can walk to the stadium (5 blocks), to the Quad (8 blocks) or the Strip (3 blocks). This 2 bedroom suite condo sleeps 6 and each bedroom has a private bath in the suite. Additionally, a hide-a-bed is located in the den for extra sleeping space It has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. A private deck is also available. Of course a large Smart TV is available as well as a smaller Smart TVs in the bedrooms. WIFI is also provided. Covered parking and security entrances provide an extra benefit.

Property was in great condition and in a convenient location to everything we were looking to do in Tuscaloosa. Owner was very welcoming and easy to reach via email/text, although there were no issues in our week there. Would highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to stay here our next time in Tuscaloosa!

Perfect location for a game. Great parking. The host was waiting on us when we got there. He walked us through and made sure he answered all our questions. College kids live on all sides and partied both night so if music bothers you after dark than it might not be the place for all. We didn’t mind it so it was a great stay. Will stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to town and football stadium.

Very convenient for UA visit. 5 minute walk to the strip, 15 to campus. Condo is clean and convenient. Minimal supplies provided so bring your own coffee, water, shampoo, etc. In a fun student neighborhood, so parties around, but can't hear once inside. Owner requires to meet in person for check-in.

Wonderful very comfortable place to stay - great location and very walkable to campus and surrounding areas. Would absolutely stay here again. We stayed here while getting our freshman moved - in to U of A. Property owners could not have been nicer - seamless check-in and communication.

The location was fantastic, the property was perfect for myself and my son who will be attending University of Alabama. The owners were very nice and so accommodating. I will be using this place again for sure.

The condo was great and convenient to UA. We came in for the 1st orientation of the year and didn’t know Tuscaloosa well. Richard and his wife met us and gave us some great recommendations on places to visit and eat. I felt the team spirit as soon as I walked into his place. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The place is very convenient to all amenities downtown. Beautifully decorated with Crimson Tide memorabilia (I am a Bama fan) and the hosts were amazing. Loved this stay!

Excellent condo close to Bryant-Denny Stadium
My husband and I were in town for our daughter’s sorority parent’s weekend. I have stayed at several different hotels near the University of Alabama campus, but decided to look for a property on VRBO. It was a great decision. The condo was perfect for us, nicely decorated, clean, and the host was very hospitable. I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting campus
Great location with dedicated off-street covered parking. Easy walk to stadium, strip and campus. Perfect for a weekend visit and allows for dining as a family, running a load of laundry and relaxing. Way better than a hotel!

My mother and I came to visit my junior year daughter. Location was conveniently located, clean, enjoyed the unexpected bonus of having an elevator to get up to the condo. Would stay again.

Move in day
This was an adorable VRBO to stay while moving my son into the University of Alabama. Rick was great and waiting for us upon arrival. Walking distance to the staples- the Rama Jama, stadium, campus, and the strip. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again soon!! Roll Tide!
