Nestled in Lexington, this charming house for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our remodeled 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhouse has three bedrooms. One with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms with a full bed each that share an additional bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 8. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and HBO.

This location is perfect for easy access and walks to events and restaurants in downtown Lexington. The ad says “Renovated” and while pretty clean - it is ready for a nice update with fresh paint and wall repair. Easy communication with Ben, our host. No issues with our stay.

This townhouse was the perfect unit for our quick trip to Lexington for a concert at the Rupp Arena! There was only the two of us, but it offered lots of space if you have more people and 2.5 bathrooms which we’ve rarely seen in townhomes! The pictures were very representative of the property, but my favorite thing was the walkability of the area! Some bigger cities are getting sketchy, but we had a literal 10 min or even less walk up to the arena in the downtown area and it felt very safe, nice historical neighborhoods …plenty of variety for food options…didn’t have the parking fees, and we walked back to our rental before some people made it out of the parking lot at the arena! Univ of Kentucky campus 5 minutes drive. Only a quick trip, so I don’t have a lot more info on area attractions, but definitely would go back to check more out.

The place is very clean, the property manager is very responsive, great location to downtown Lex. There was where and tear that wad visible throughout, the pictures make it look like it’s bigger than it really is, the beds are all full-size, and the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I almost slept on the floor because I felt it would be more comfortable. If those things are fixed and updated, this would be a great place to stay.

We visited for the Bourbon Burn Bike Ride. It was a good base of operations for the four-day weekend. Close to restaurants and West 6th Brewery. Also, an easy drive to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Our family went to a concert at Rupp Arena and this was the perfect place to stay. Close walking distance through a nice neighborhood and super convenient to restaurants. Owner was really helpful and informative. We got to beat the traffic and just walk home after the show. Loved it!

We went for races at Keeneland and to visit a few bourbon distilleries. Great location , walkable to downtown Lexington and restaurants. Ben, our host, was very responsive.

The location of the town house was in good proximity to all of the activities we were involved in. However, there were only sheers over the master bedroom windows, which did not provide privacy or shielding from the outside, security lights or the sunrise. In the two other bedrooms, there was no luggage rack or chest to put clothing out of the suitcase. Some additional shelving in the bathrooms would provide areas for toiletries and make up items.

Me and a group of friends stayed at this property for one night only as we were going to a concert at Rupp Arena and we walked there...so location was excellent. The house has minor things that needs repairs: shower valve in master bath is a little temperamental. Doors have some damages that were painted over, but still see the damages. We have not used anything else rather than the bed and shower, so I cannot comment on anything else at this time. Everything was clean, ie, bedsheets and towels. I would stay again at this property.

We just stayed her for one night to go watch a UK basketball game. Super easy walk to Rupp Arena. Easy to check in and communicated well with the owner. The upstairs master toilet does not flush well and the shower has a crack in it. But other than that it was a clean apartment and we really enjoyed the stay.

Very easy to get to beautiful condo. Ben and cleaning lady Barbie are wonderful ppl to work with. My mom left her blanket there that I hand made her and they are mailing it back to her she is very happy. We will be staying here in the future.

My family came into town for a convention for my wife. The location was great! It was just a short walk to the convention center and local eats. Communication with the owner was easy and he always responded quickly. They had a binder on the coffee table with lots of local suggestions. Tried some of them out and did not disappoint. Lexington is a easy city to drive around in. If we ever come back to Lexington, we will plan on staying here again if we can!

Overall we had a great experience. We were using it as a base and really just having breakfast and sleeping there. Ascetically it could use some work but it had all we needed. Enjoyed working with Ben. Would stay again.
