The lower level features a second family room for everyone to gather with access to the lower back deck, backyard and hot tub; a bunk room with 2 twin and 2 queen beds; a bedroom with king bed and walk in closet; 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo; a mudroom and access to the large 3 car garage. On the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure, large table with umbrella that seats 6-8, and several lounge chairs. Outside on the lower level a private hot tub is a perfect place to sit and relax. We offer 6 adult beach cruiser bikes and 2 child bikes with helmets for guest use. There are two coolers in the garage. The house is situated on an expansive private lot that backs up to the Sun River. Guests of this home will enjoy the serenity and views of Sun River, The Deschutes River, The Meadow and Mt Bachelor as well as a private setting to enjoy nature. In the winter months guests can snow shoe and cross county ski out the back door. Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) passes are included with rental. There are 10 passes included with the rental, which include unlimited access to SHARC aquatics, tennis and pickle ball reservations, tubing hill and the SROA boat launch. Community facilities include Sunriver Village with restaurants, shops, bike rentals, nature center, horseback riding, aquatic center, spas, parks and more.
