Nestled in Lake Travis, this attractive house for $2,950 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This unique waterfront home is situated high above beautiful Lake Travis. It sits on the south shore of the main basin which is the deepest part of the lake. When you walk through the front door and down the hall the 180 degree lake view will take your breath away! You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets from the house, pool, decks and dock. Two story boat dock is easily accessible by an inclined elevator that you can see on the video and photos. You are welcome to use the paddle boards, kayaks, take a swim or have a blast in a beautiful surroundings, rent your own boat or other watercraft. You are just 28 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport and only 15 miles to the heart of Austin. Just minutes away from the property you can find grocery, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The two acre property is walled in and private with security gate at the entrance. It has plenty of indoor/outdoor living space, excellent for entertaining. A large covered pool patio overlooks the lake and the negative edge pool with swim-up bar, swim lane, beach area and of course a hot tub. There is a pool bathroom with air conditioned changing room for your convenience. On the partially covered upper sun deck you will find a BBQ grill, a flat top griddle, preparation table and plenty of space to enjoy the view. Another great feature of the house is a movie theater with surround sound. But, the best part is when you retract a large 120" screen and reveal a karaoke/performance stage complete with drum kit, PA and microphones! You can create lasting memories and a lot of happy moments right here. Wi-Fi throughout both homes as well as by the pool is provided, cable TV to watch your favorite game or movie on the big screen as well. Main house including the guest house together can easily accommodate 20 people in 10 bedrooms. There are a total of 8 king beds, 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds. The property features 8 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers that are spacious and 3 half baths. On the main level you will find large well appointed kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer along with the gas cook top, large island and walk in pantry. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers. With the commercial ice machine and plenty of 5 gallon drinking water bottles, there is no need to buy bags of ice or bottles of water.

There could not have been a more perfect house for our group of 9 couples on a reunion weekend. The hosts were responsive and helpful, the house was well stocked with anything we needed for meal prep and activities, the views are amazing, and there was so much space for everyone to spread out. It was a great weekend and we hope to come back again.

We had a group ranging in age from almost 2 to 96! Everyone had a wonderful time! There are big spaces for everyone to get together and private spaces for more intimate groupings! With the lake and the pool and the exercise room and the karaoke room there was always something fun to do. And the owners were so helpful and so easy to reach. Can’t wait to go back!

This property is a dream! The house is spectacular! Amazing views; extremely clean and comfortable; kitchen tools and gadgets galore. We love it has both an outside BBQ grill and outside griddle – great for making breakfast on the patio! Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Our group spent a lot of time enjoying the band/karaoke setup and watching movies on the big screen. What a great feature! Lots of fun on the dock down on the water! We arranged for a ski boat to pick us up there – so convenient! The location of the house is perfect – nice grocery store close, and tremendous BBQ place just around the corner – ordered food to go for our group to enjoy at the house, which was a big hit!

Great house. Plenty of space for everyone. Teenagers liked to house behind the main house. Well stocked kitchen. Clean.
Owners, Tony and Magdelana were great. Always very responsive to questions and requests.
Pool was perfect. Dock down by the lake was big and could hold our large party. We rented boats for several days which was fun for everyone. The lake is deep and the water was great.

We had older kids and adult kids, plus friends join us and it was very nice. Place was spotless and plenty of pool towels, bathroom towels etc. Bring your own food and drink and the rest is there. Tony (owner) was great and there if you needed him, and not when you did not. Pool is big and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Dock by the lake is great as well. We will be back.

Property is as impressive in person as in the pictures. This home is a destination itself. Every detail and amenity is well thought out. Infinity pool and views were outstanding. TV and karoke room made for a unique fun evening. Even an elevator down to the lake to kayak! We had a memorable long weekend thanks to the hospitality of the hosts, who went above expectations to help.

Greatest VRBO home we have ever stayed in! Pictures don’t do it justice. Our hosts took care of our every request. Our Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and what fun they had down with the kayaks and rope swing.
Would highly recommend this property for your Austin area stay.

Our extended family gathered here for my wife’s birthday. 4 couples and 6 kids under 5 and we still had more bedrooms than we could use. Well equipped in every respect., and the extra house is a plus.
The pool, hot tub, gym, theater room, were hits for all ages.

Magdalena and Tony were wonderful hosts! The home is beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we could have needed. Despite the unseasonably cool temps we were able to enjoy morning coffee outside, spent plenty of time in the hot tub, and a few brave souls even went kayaking. I'm not sure how we will survive our next reunion trip without a karaoke stage!! Thank you, thank you for helping to make our time together extra special.

The pictures don't quite do it justice and it was obvious from the outset that it is meticulously cared for by the owners, who met us on arrival to welcome us. The theatre room and sound system for karoke or additional instruments was a bonus for us, as I read it was for others. Our group did not use the karoke, but did connect a number of guitars , amps, and a keyboard to the sound system. Parking, which is sometimes a problem for large groups, even when a house is large, is not a problem here. There is more than sufficient parking for a large group, inside the meticulously manicured gated area. Thank you, Tony and Magdelena, for the beautifully decorated Christmas Tree, and for accommodating anything you got a hint would make us happy.

Recently stayed at property for our son’s wedding and there were 18 of us. The house is beautiful, unbelievable views of Lake Tavis, and easily accommodated all of us. The media (karaoke)room was a hit with everyone (something I didn’t think would be). The house has everything and more you could ever ask for. We all had a wonderful memorable time, there could not have asked for anything better. Toni and Magdalena, the hosts, were terrific, accommodating, and always available if we needed something. If you have a large group, this house is definitely recommended, great location, easy drive to Austin, lake access. Great pool and hot tub, and lots of sitting space both indoors and outdoors.

This is a wonderful property. The design and the views were stunning, and everything was very clean and very well-equipped. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. We got together for a family reunion and we had many lovely moments together in the pool overlooking the lake, swimming and kayaking at the dock and gathering around the table on the deck. We had a fantastic experience here! Tony and Magdalena were extremely welcoming and were available throughout our stay, at a moment’s notice. Our friends all commented that the house was extremely well appointed and the view was enjoyed by everyone. We had no shortage of space inside and out, for our group of 16 adults. The appliances and amenities were fantastic and we all appreciated the commercial ice maker for all of the beverages! The home was immaculate and everything was in great condition. We highly recommend this property!

The owners are so nice and accommodating. The property is more beyond person. It has everything you need. Incredible spot on lake with beautiful boat dock, stunning pool, karaoke stage and theater room professional put together and danced and sang our hearts out. Definitely recommend!!

Over the country. Yet….This family vacation was rated by our adult kids and their spouses as a 10 out of 10 the best trip we’ve ever taken. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s all
that and a bag of chips. Tony and Magdalena were wonderful. Available for any and everything. I felt like we had our own personal concierge service 24/7. Having our boat and sea-doo’s kept at their private dock made early morning and late night wake Boarding and surfing runs a daily event. When the sun went down we’d either watch a movie or perform karaoke 🎤 The pool was simply stunning. We were in the jacuzzi every night . We all felt like we were away at a private resort with just the people we love. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Tony & Magdalena for allowing our family to make priceless memories.

If I’m ever in Austin I will only stay at Tony and Magdalena’s houses from now on, one of the best experiences and best host I have ever stayed with, and we rent Vrbos once a month all throughout Texas and this has been the best. If I’m ever in Austin I will only stay at Tony and Magdalena’s houses from now on, one of the best experiences and best host I have ever stayed with, and we rent Vrbos once a month all throughout Texas and this has been the best. We were worried when she hadn't returned so we called Tony & Magdalena and they immediately took their boat out to find her. Our team member was amazed when two lovely people she didn't know boated up to her and said they had come to bring her back to the lake house!
We couldn't have found a better place for our first in-person staff retreat since COVID. The house is just as it looks in the photos -- gorgeous! The layout was ideal for our 10-person group. The communal spaces, particularly the kitchen, the pool and the decks, manage to be both stunning and homey. And there was plenty of space for people to be on their own as well.
Between the karaoke stage, kayaks/paddleboards, pool and grounds there was so much to do we almost didn't even make it into Austin proper. When we did, it was an easy 30-minute drive into town. It's worth seeing the bats!
Great thoughtfulness has clearly gone into outfitting the house with everything you might want. Thank you Tony & Magdalena! We hope to see you again!

Our large extended family stayed at this property, ages ranging from young adult to almost 90. There was something for everyone! The lake level is down this year, but the lift made accessing the water easy. The property is as depicted, clean and well-appointed. The owners were very attentive to all of our requests. We hope to return next year!
