The location and room were huge, however, the staff was not able to give us some toiletries.

Cheap and best for transient and group vacation.
The payment for extra person should be included for extra bed
Example
2 extra guest: 2 personsx200 per person x300 /one extra bed which totaled for 1000 pesoswhic is already equaled for one room.

The aircon was working well and the bed was comfortable.
They only provided 2 pillows. Usually, hotels would provide 4 for a queen-sized bed, specially if the pillow wasn't dense enough. The water had low pressure so showering takes more time than the usual. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom too that made me think that the water isn't filtered well. The showerhead had a lot of stains. I just think it's important to keep the the bathroom clean and sanitized because that is a standard. The bathroom determines if the customer would want to patronize the establishment or not, in this case, I might not come back. They do not have a toilet paper dispenser, something so basic, but not provided. They also just provided a bath towel. For its price, there should have been atleast 1 face towel and a hand towel. And the floor mat wasn't fresh. It was dirty. I hope you know that I'm being organic about my comment hoping that my honest review would help your service's improvement.
