About this cottage rental
Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July! During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase! Loved having all the amenities and linens available. Great walking distance of the market, shopping, MeltSpa, Hershey Museum and Theater. Would definitely stay there again (and try in summer with the pool to bring the kids).

We loved staying at Cocoa Cottage! The location can’t be beat for enjoying downtown Hershey shops and restaurants. It also has a great view of HersheyPark roller coasters and the Kissing Tower. We had beautiful weather (Labor Day) to enjoy the (very clean) pool and lounge chairs out back. We also enjoyed quiet mornings on the comfy front porch. The inside of the home was very homey… updated, clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped… including some Hersheys Chocolate! The host, Heather was friendly and responsive. We would definitely look forward to staying there again!

We 100% recommend this property if visiting Hershey with your family. Great location, great pool, and space for a family. We weren't huge fans of the beds/bedding, but that's personal preference.

The location was amazing. In walking distance to excellent restaurants. The house was well stocked and very clean. Comfortable beds. We all loved relaxing in the pool after long days walking around Hershey park. We would stay here again!

The cottage was everything we could have wanted. The pool was wonderful after our full days of play and touring. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of seven. Very comfy and cozy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and the BEST donuts at Duck Donuts, also within walking distance. Heather was very helpful and pleasant. If we are ever in the area for a vacation, i would like to stay there again.

This cottage was great! Very cool neighborhood across the street from a couple of restaurants in downtown Hershey and the park… on Saturday night when we check in there was a concert on the common. We got dropped off at the park and we’re able to exit through the zoo and was able to walk home! It was great. Pool was perfect too!

This was our first stay in Hershey and I am so thankful I found this listing. It was the perfect place to call home each night after our adventures all day. We had a couple issues with the pool filter not turning on but Heather was prompt with replies and sending help to fix it. The house is exactly as pictured. Absolutely gorgeous. If you choose to visit over July 4th... You can watch the fireworks from the pool!

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and all the supplies/amenities we needed were stocked in the house. The pool was amazing! Our family definitely had a great time in this fun neighborhood and cozy house. There was also a flip thru info booklet that was very helpful to guide us on local attractions and info.

House was just what add said. Bring suitcases and start vacation. Had everything and then some. Even had tumblers for wine and pool towels. Would recommend to anyone to stay their.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage Memorial Day weekend. It’s the perfect location for Hershey Park and the Hershey Arena. Also walking distance to local restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again

Cocoa Cottage was a sweet delight! Comfortable beds, very well stocked and super convenient to the park, shops, museum, stadium, etc. Heather has thought of everything to be sure guests havr an enjoyable stay. Book it... you won't be disappointed!

Our group of 8 women all agreed that Cocoa Cottage was the perfect spot for our annual girls getaway. There are thoughtful touches and supplies throughout the house and all beds including the sofa were comfortable. The location is a short car ride to Hershey Gardens & Chocolate World. It is also an easy walk to the Hershey Story Museum and many restaurants. The area feels quaint & safe. Host Heather was great with questions before our stay & responded quickly when I contacted once her during our stay. The pool was open and looked very inviting but water was still a little too cold for our April stay. However we did enjoy chatting into the evening on the big front porch and eating our pizza’s under the two umbrellas on the back deck. I highly recommend Cocoa Cottage and would definitely return.

This is the cutest house and could not be in a more perfect area. Being able to have my family stay so close to me for the holidays was absolutely special and I could not have done it without Heather. She is responsive and thinks of all the details. The small chocolates were a hit with my group! I hope to make this a tradition for years to come.

This quaint cottage hosted by the Geetings was amazing. Heather communicated well and had very precise instructions which made check-in super easy. The neighborhood is great and everything you need is within a 5 minute walk - groceries, great food. Three rooms, one with a bunk bed fit our family of 7 (4 adults 3 kids). I love cooking so I was really excited to find a well stocked kitchen and pantry and knives that were sharp and actually cut! The property is also a 5 minute drive from Hershey Park. You can see the rides and hear the screams from the backyard. We would love to stay again soon. See for yourselves!

The house was very clean and so convenient. We walked to all the restaurants and shops within minutes of the house. Beds were very comfortable. Took just 5 minutes to get to Hershey park.

We loved its proximity to the restaurants, so we could take a walk instead of driving. The home itself was cozy and we liked the large dining area and kitchen. We would definitely consider returning during the warmer months to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

The location is perfect for a visit to Hershey Park and the pool is great for keeping the children entertained.
While we were in the pool it was cool watching the roller coasters go by and hearing the screams of laughter and joy from the riders.
We also happened to be in town when Lady Gaga was performing and could hear the concert from the backyard which was nice.
The house is perfect for families looking to visit Hershey Park.

This sweet home was perfect for our family. Dishes for any cooking we needed to do, all the toiletries you could need, beach towels to hang out by the pool, and so much more. The home was clean and cozy and we were able to make ourselves at home. So many great restaurants within a half mile walk - so convenient with kids. Highly recommend for your Hershey stay!!
