This property was perfect for our visit to the St Augustine area. It was clean, well stocked, and centrally located to town but quiet. The screened porch is perfect for birdwatching and sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the parking is easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Cleanliness is very important to me and this place gets five stars over all for being very clean. The first couple of days were cold so we couldn’t take advantage of the screened porch until our last day. Views are great. We are walkers so walked everywhere. The Blue Hen is a great place for breakfast. We also ate dinner at the Fish Camp every night. The seafood there is incredible. I highly recommend this place. It’s very quaint, has beautiful views and very quiet. A nice place to relax after a day touring.

We reserved the property for our daughter and new son-law's honeymoon getaway! The house was immaculate. The placement by the water along with the thoughtful, creative and caring touches of the hosts made for an unforgettable stay!

We had an amazing stay! We arrived after dark and all the lights were left on, which was super welcoming! The house is great and the property is lush and inviting. We enjoyed relaxing out back by the water. We only spent 2 nights, so we didn’t cook while we were there. It seemed well stocked though. We had 2 teen girls with us who shared the pullout sofa, they said it was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive for a couple of questions I had and they gave very detailed check in info and had lots of info on the area. We enjoyed Night of Lights, the lighthouse, San Sebastian’s Winery, the Distillery, walking downtown & the beach. We will definitely be staying again!!

The unit was exactly as advertised and the host was great about check in, allowing early check in if we wanted. The location of this unit is awesome, 15 minute walk to St. Aug Old Town.

The property is nice and the area good. We wish there was a water front view as advertised but overall it was great.

We were here for a quick nice adult getaway. It was a beautiful property! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Has everything you need if you want to cook in and within walking distance of so many places if you wanted to go out. There is a public pool just down the road you can use. The owners have made the outside area amazing! It sits on the marsh and you have beautiful sunset views. There is a very nice screened in porch and an awesome outdoor area for grilling and hanging out. This property was amazing. The owners were so easy to communicate with. I will definitely be returning to this one again. Thank you!!

We arrived at the property on a dark and stormy evening. The lights were on and the whole place felt so cozy and welcoming. When the sun came out we could see that the property was so well landscaped and surrounded by nature. The house is in a very quiet location but it's also close enough to walk to the heart of St. Augustine. Michael and Hyacinth are very hospitable and helped us when we had questions about town.

Our stay was really nice. Walked to and from fireworks downtown for Independence day and enjoyed this peaceful place. Super clean and cozy place for two!

This was the perfect spot for our quick getaway. We spent two nights here and while it is very close to downtown it was so peaceful and relaxing!! The hosts are excellent, the apartment was very clean and well stocked!

This place was as advertised. Great location and quite. Only a 6 min walk to trolley stop and 15 min walk to down town historic district. A gem.

We had a very nice stay. We were surprised and how quiet and private the location was. While the property was not far from city hall (we walked), once you went around to the back of the property it felt like a private isolated getaway.

Location is close to St. Augustine attractions. We drove our car although you could walk. The apartment is stocked with all of the necessary household items for cooking. The cottage is clean, nothing fancy but accommodating. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. We had our breakfast there and watched the birds. We had an issue with another of the guests and their friends parking in our assigned spot. We contacted Michael and Hyacinth to resolve the issue. They responded immediately and got it resolved. We appreciated the host's prompt attention to this matter.

The accommodations were behind what we had expected tbh for the price. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and at Augustine attractions was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO of given the chance.

Pics are accurate and best I remember, description matched property as well. It is what in our area we call transitional, but I felt safe at all times. I walked everywhere I wanted to go downtown. I sat outside in back area in the evenings to enjoy the view. I didn’t cook at all, but what I saw was basics to get you started until you went to store. There was someone above me one night and you can hear them walking around, as you would expect in a two story house. Owners were quick to respond to my questions and reassured a nervous solo traveler.

We visited St. Augustine to attend a wedding. Harbor Island was the perfect spot for our long weekend. The property is beautifully maintained and truly makes you feel like you’re in you’re own little oasis. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch mornings and evenings, complete with great sunset views. There’s a great breakfast spot (The Blue Hen) a block away as well as top notch restaurants and a distillery within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to St. Augustine!

Overall a nice little unit. My only complaint is the units are not overly sound proof. Unit above us l could clearly hear the TV and the walking on the floors. Great location easy foot access to downtown St Augustine

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. Loved the place and surrounding area!

This was a perfect part of town! Adorable house with a lovely view and gardens. The town was walkable but you’re not in the middle of it all! The hosts went above and beyond and even went out and purchased new beach chairs. Great stay!!!

This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable: 1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent. 2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high. So we packed a Dutch oven and plenty of other kitchen tools that we use regularly. We could have easily gotten by on what was available here. 3. The level of privacy we felt was high, even though there were obviously other guests. The screened in porch and the common area out back were great for us. 4. It was clean as a whistle. Modest suggestions: 1. The outdoor grill could be better. It didn’t get hot enough for my taste. 2. The screen door on the apartment porch could do with a latch. We had to keep a close eye on our toddler to ensure she didn’t make a run for it. On the whole this property was truly excellent. When we visit St Augustine again in the future we won’t even bother looking at other listings. We’ll just re-book here.

The property was clean and peaceful with everything we needed. The landscaping around it was beautiful! We brought our bikes and could get to anything around downtown within 5 minutes. Our family of 3 had an amazing time. Don't miss happy hour at ice plant bar down the street and food at fish camp (you might need a reservation days in advance).

We will definitely stay here again when in St Augustine.

Nicely equipped and great location. Walking distance to a couple of very good breakfast places. Very convenient by bike to all the area attractions.
