Wonderful property!

Very pleasant, quiet place to stay that has all your basic needs and comforts.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate with a beautiful yard and patio area. Jerome and Sedona are short drives away. The owner was very helpful in getting us settled in. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the Cottonwood area.

We were impressed the minute we drove up. Has that home away from feeling. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen to cook and set a table for 7 is provided. Had a great time. Very much considering staying here again for our next little family reunion getaway... thank you so much Alex.

We enjoyed this cute, cabin-style home with nice amenities. Family room furniture was comfortable and beds were a little hard for us. We enjoyed wine tasting downtown, the Tuzigoot National Monument, The Copper Museum and walks at Dead Horse State Park. It was nice to have meals there in the nice backyard and coffee in the morning on the front porch. Our dog, Millie loved the backyard!

It has almost everything you need, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The home was perfect for us. 6 adults and 2 children. Great location. Would have liked to have had a smart TV in order to access Netflix, Amazon and You Tube. WIFI could be better also. All in all, we’d happily stay again.

Loved our stay! Everything exactly as pictured. Very relaxing back yard and loved seeing the hummingbirds each day. Close to all the areas that were on our troop agenda, will definitely stay here again!

Myself, husband, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and nephew attended a family members wedding in Cottonwood. House was the right configuration of beds and bathrooms. Plenty of space for us. Location was great too- we seemed to be 2.5 miles or 10 min from everywhere we needed to go- yet we were in a quiet neighborhood. Rental was clean and stocked with coffee and sweetner which was a nice touch. Host was very responsive. Thanks!

It was a well cared for property, and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a small problem and they were quick to resolve it.

Tested this site for EMF and this area shows a very low reading. This rental cabin/home is excellent for those who are EMF sensitive,

Good amenities, the house was clean and had plenty of room for my large family. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to all the sites. Just 10 minutes to Jerome and 30 minutes to Sedona. Its just 5 minutes to Downtown Cottonwood. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Cottonwood and we stayed at this property for one month. The location is great, lots of hiking, restaurants, biking, etc. I agree with other reviews that this is a clean cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Every neighbor that we spoke to was really nice and welcoming. It had all the basics and worked out well for us. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because we had a large critter in the crawlspace that kept us and our dog up every night for one week. Given that this critter issue also came up an another review, we were surprised it was happening again (but I suppose living so close to the river, it's a common occurance?). Alex was very quick to respond to this issue however, and the caretaker and his team were very committed to getting rid of it and to ensure it didn't get back under the house. They all worked very hard at this and always kept us in the loop. I agree with others that the internet wasn't the best and it would have been great to see some pamphlets on the area (restaurants, activities, parks etc). If we could suggest one improvement it would be to have better security - not that this was a bad area, but just for some peace of mind given all the "no trespassing" signs that a lot of neighbors had posted. (maybe guests could use the security system that was there?) All in all, this is a nice cabin and a great place to stay.

We visited family in January so we rented this house. It was perfect location wonderful cozy house. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question. Super clean, awesome layout, wonderful fenced in backyard for pups

Stayed with my family for Thanksgiving and it was a great experience for the holiday. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations, overall great stay!

We always wanted to stay in a log home. This home was lovely! Perfect for us and our adult dog. Loved walking her every morning ... and seeing the "designer Chickens" in the yard ... cows in the back property and roosters crowing each morning. Love old town Cottonwood!

This was our second stay here with two friends. Great for our dog with fenced areas. Neighbors' chickens come to visit. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped - much appreciated. Beds comfy. It's dark, but log houses tend to be, and you can find sun outside on the sweet front porch or back patio/yard. A dimmer switch for the dining area would be great. Both Old and new Cottonwood are quite close, and we spent every day doing some of the wonderful hikes between Sedona and Clarkdale. We recommend this stay.

We had an excellent time at the cabin in Cottonwood, it was clean and very comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. We would stay again!

We were visiting family in Phoenix and wanted a short get away for the 4th close to Sedona. Perfect house for us. I loved this cabin and it was in a quiet neighborhood very close to town. Would stay here again if we ever visit again from Texas.

The cabin in Cottonwood was perfect. Directions were easy and accurate as was check in. Everything we needed and wanted was there. No problems at all. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Stairs to the loft are rather steep but our granddaughter loved it. Recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax. Front porch and back yard patio. Enjoyed and thank you for allowing us to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property and Alex was very responsive. The log house was very clean, had everything we needed and our kids just loved sleeping in the loft. The fenced in yard was great for our dog as well! Neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect, just outside of town. Would definitly stay here again!
