Big, comfortable rooms; very nice staff.
The restaurant Chay Diệu Liên, which ist just across the street, is great for vegetarian/vegan food: tasty buffet for only 70 VND and lovely owners.
In the rooms heading to the backyard, the sound from the pickleball arena behind is very loud. However, on request the hotel staff immediately let me change the room.

The breakfast was until 9. I am on holidays, but I still had to wake up very early to get my breakfast.

The concept of a 'Boutique Hotel' has been seriously devalued in recent years.
Unfortunately, the same applies to this hotel. Once a gem in Halong, I suppose, it has now become a very mediocre and run-down hotel. It started for me with a very unpleasant Check In...and throughout my 6 nights stay I found the other services to be mediocre incl the breakfast.
The only highlight for me were the charming housekeepers that cleanded my room daily.
The most appalling aspect of this 'Boutique Hotel' is that they let their, Chinese, guest smoke in their rooms. Once you step out of the elevator it smells like you enter a bar full of cigarette smoke.
