About this cottage rental
Location is the key! This cottage is located a half block to the beach and is one street over from the main street, Garfield Parkway. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor shower. This cottage was completely renovated in 2006 and includes a modern kitchen and so important to a summer house at the beach central air conditioning through out. The kitchen has all new appliances, family size (92 inch) table that seats everyone comfortably, The living room has a new flat screen, with cable and wireless internet throughout the house. Enjoy relaxing afternoons on the outside back yard deck and quiet summer evenings on the front screened in porch. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens (bed linens, bath and beach towels) are included from Memorial Day through Labor Day Week. (Please note linens, bath and beach towels are not provided after Labor Day week until the weekend before Memorial Day) We do not charge additional for taxes.

This was the perfect cottage for our family with teenagers to stay for a winter weekend getaway. The place was freshly painted and the decor was very modern and inviting. There is ample dresser space for longer stays. Very nice, comfortable furniture all over the house. Location is key for the cottage. It's a block from the beach and the around the corner from the downtown shops. We would love to come back and enjoy the cottage during the summertime. Keith, the owner, was very responsive and professional when we needed to be in touch. I would highly recommend the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a quiet weekend. The house was lovely. As my wife said, the weekend was "Good for the Soul". Hopefully we can reserve next New Years!!!

We are repeat renters at this great beach house. We love the easy beach access and that it’s walkable to downtown. The house isn’t super fancy but it has everything you need. We didn’t have any hiccups in our stay and would stay again!

The house was perfect for our family. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach and all of our favorite Bethany spots…only a couple couples from everything we needed. The house is clean and comfortable and the screened porch and back yard are wonderful as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants which simply helped with the relaxation for the weekend. The home is beautiful inside and out with lovely touches that clearly show the love and care for the property. We will keep checking for the booking calendar to be updated so we can stay again next year! We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely renovated yet keeping the historic beach house charm. Modernly equipped, sparkling clean and in a great location. The host was attentive and responsive. We would surely return for another stay.

Wanted to check out this house for a possible 2024 whole family rental. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Home away from home. Great communication with Keith, the owner. Will definitely be renting for our family in 2024.

We are familiar with Bethany Beach, always in season and with a large Family group. We liked the feel of an 'original' craftsman cottage. A lot of charm. The home was the perfect size. Had everything we needed. Heat worked well. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

I thought the house was great. My only issue was no linen or towels. I wasn’t informed of this ahead of time and the company that could supply them was not open to do so. Had to go buy all new sheets and towels. Bothersome. But still enjoyed the house and the stay.

The house is clean and updated. Many beach houses I have stayed at have a must/mildew order to them, this house did not! The location is fantastic and the was was very easy for my older parents to access. There is nothing I would change except to stay longer next time.

We loved the kitchen, the beautiful and spacious kitchen table, and all 4 bedrooms. The sunroom was a popular place too! The proximity to the beach was a plus. No need to drive anywhere. We walked to shopping, to the beach, everywhere. Will definitely visit again.

This was our third stay at Keith and Amy's beach cottage. We absolutely love this place. It's always clean and well stocked with essential cooking and cleaning materials. The heating system worked perfectly, and we were impressed by how soundproof the house is. A real plus is that it is only two blocks to the beach, and one block to the town center. We have already booked it twice for 2023.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Stepping off the hot pavement, under the two large trees in the front yard, the temperature noticeably dropped. The front and back yards are great for kids to play and adults to sit and enjoy the shade trees - this was definitely an added bonus that we did not have at other places so close to the beach. Easy walk to beach. The house size and layout was great, and it was well stocked with everything that is needed for a wonderful week. We didn't want to leave. We already booked again for next year.

The house is in a wonderful location with a short walk to the beach and downtown. Was the perfect size for our family of four. Our toddler in particular was very sad to have to leave "da bacayshun housh."

This was our seventh summer staying at Keith and Amy’s house, and, as usual, it was a lovely trip. We enjoy all the conveniences, and the size of the cottage is perfect for our family of 7. We are looking forward to returning next summer!
