We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt like we had stepped into a tranquil, relaxed hotel.
The rooms are even better than the photos. It’s spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
Lam was a fantastic host: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. She gave us excellent recommendations and helped us find a tour, which saved us a lot of money and made everything so easy.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Thank you, Lam, for making our visit so special. We would happily stay here again!

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and courteous. Lam and Uyen were particularly happy and helpful. The location in the small town gave us access to other eateries. And because the area is flat it made it easy to safely bike ride everyday. Breakfasts were abundant and the pool was a bonus. Comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Thank you Bai Dinh.
The hotel is just starting to look a bit tired, but some fresh paint and a good spring clean will raise the standard.

The property was in a remote location away from the hustle and bustle, which was perfect to relax. The pool area and surrounds were stunning and it was a prefect place to start our day in the open restaurant.
The staff were amazing, so helpful and lovely, especially Ms Lam and Ms Uyen.
The highlight of our trip was doing the Mua Caves and boat river cruise with Mr Thai, his knowledge was next level and he was so accommodating.
Looking forward to our next stay!

Pool, staff were very responsive and attentive.
Rooms smelled moldy throughout. Not sure if the cleaned the room regularly. I had to let the maintenance staff know that the shower drain was not draining properly and the hand held shower stand was broken. However, both these problems were addressed immediately.
