Nestled in Fort Worth, this lovely cabin for $163 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Relaxing outdoor atmosphere with many trees, creek for fishing, hiking. Cabin sits on 17 acres with lots of beautiful trees; sleeps 4-5; kitchenette; bath with shower; loft upstairs bedroom with king size bed. Downstairs futon pops out to a comfortable double bed. A rolloway bed is also available. Several outdoor sitting areas with wrap around deck, television, both gas & charcoal grill, plus smoker at the grilling area. Perfect for a quiet vacation away from the hustle & bustle! Outdoor amenities include fire pit (unless the burn ban is in effect), Fishing, horseshoes, great area for hiking! Farm animals include longhorns, goats, chickens, ducks.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for (so cozy), just wish we could’ve stayed longer! We enjoyed hanging around the campfire with family making s’mores. And in the mornings I loved sitting in one of the outdoors sitting area drinking coffee and bird watching. Couldn’t have asked for a better night’s sleep… The owners were very nice and helpful. Good place to stay. Property wonderful, peaceful and quiet. Fire pit a nice touch. Not ideal for a wedding as no full lenth mirror or closet to hang clothes. Get a smaller shower curtin, I had a flash back to my childhood basement shower. Would stay here on next visit to Texas.

This cabin is absolutely adorable! The perfect place to stay for a cozy romantic getaway. We loved relaxing on the wrap-around porch in the evening, walking the property and getting to pet a longhorn steer! It's quiet and peaceful and the owners are as sweet as can be! I'd recommend this slice of heaven in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay! The only regret we have was that we had too much planned and weren’t able to soak in all the beautiful, relaxing and peacefulness of the property long enough. Highly recommend and the owners were great to work with.

We enjoyed every moment of our time spent at the property, in the cabin, in nearby Roanoke, and in Fort Worth. We were warmly welcomed by Marilyn and her lovely dog. We strolled down to visit the goats and walked back to see the longhorns, who were very sweet and allowed us to pet them! Then we took a stroll through the woods. We headed to Roanoke our first night (the Unique Dinning Capital of Texas!) We walked around the beautiful little town and visited the shops. The next day we headed to Fort Worth to see the stockyards and cattle drive. It was well worth it, so cool! We spent the entire day there, checking everything out and visiting all the shops. If you're looking for a rental that has it all AND is close to it all, this is it! We enjoyed every bit we could!

This was a fantastic get-away spot! Just needed some RnR and this was perfect! Beautiful quiet property with all the relaxing things, fire pit, grill, hammock, pond etc. Management was fantastic! Great people! Really enjoyed this property and definitely will be back!

If you are looking for a country getaway in the middle of a growing city, this is the place. We saw many wildlife including a bobcat. It is minutes away from shopping and great places to eat. There was great communication with the host from start to finish.

This is a beautiful piece of property. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Our son loved fishing in the nearby stream and we all enjoyed watching the goats. We were in the middle of a difficult house move and it felt like a respite at the end of a series of very long and stressful days. Great food options nearby too!

This was our 2nd stay at this locations and it was just as good as the first. The cabin is great for relaxing inside or just sitting out on the porch and remembering what it is like to slow down and just watch nature around you. There are also a ton of eating places within 5 minutes of the cabin, so it's quick to run out and grab a bite. Definitely recommend!

We loved meeting Marilyn and Johnny!! We were welcomed to the sight of deer, the sounds of turkeys in the distance and oh my watching the baby goats frolicking in the pasture was heart warming. We took pictures of Texas and will never forget this place 😎. Will stay again!

Close to everything you need yet feels like you are lost in the woods! Johnny and Maryland were very nice and accommodating. Kids had a great time with the animals and having evening fires was a plus.

We LOVED our visit. I loved laying in the hammock and and sitting on the porch admiring the natural beauty. This place invites you to slow down and simplify, even though it’s not far from stores or restaurants. Amazing!

This property was simply amazing! The hosts were so gracious and welcoming. The property is peaceful. It's hard to imagine a little escape like this exists in the middle of all the craziness is the city. The house itself was adorable! Everything we need on hand. The outside deck has many options to just sit and relax, have coffee or enjoy a meal. We enjoyed outside fire, playing horseshoe, flying a kite. Enjoying the peaceful outdoors. The bed upstairs was so cozy. I usually have a hard time sleeping but here I felt so comfortable I slept nicely. Thank you to Marilyn and Johnny! Hope to see you and your property again.

Stayed for the first trip last February and loved it, came back this February and loved it even more. It truly is incredible how beautiful the cabin and location is given how close it is to everything in the metroplex. With hosts that you would be blessed to have as family you cannot go wrong by staying here. Any time I need to visit DFW I will be coming here!

This was such an incredible property and cabin! Very peaceful and relaxing. All of the animals were a pleasant addition to the stay as well as the beautiful creek running through the property. Marilyn and Johnny were extremely accommodating, welcoming and sweet! It was conveniently located close to town to go have dinner or pick up something from the store. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again when we need another weekend getaway!

The property was amazingly beautiful and the cabin very clean. We were visiting family in the area and they came over to enjoy a cookout, bonfire in the fire pit and s'mores. The kids and our dog had so much fun running around playing. Everyone was tired! We cannot wait to return. Marilyn and Jonathan were so kind, helpful and accommodating and their communication was quick. Thanks to you both for sharing your wonderful space.

Lovely, well kept property with everything you need. Hidden and quiet, you feel far away from the city when you are really just minutes. We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time there despite the chill.

I loved this cabin and the very well maintained area. It was nice to see deer and goats! The property manager/owner is such a nice lady, it was pleasure to meet her. My dogs and family had a great time. I can't wait to comeback!
