When we checked in the unhelpful and not friendly man at reception told us we'd been upgraded. We went to the room and it wasn't an upgrade in our opinion, adjacent to the pool so busy with people and not private. We had booked a superior King room. There were two small double beds in the room but it was clearly not ready. They then got some staff to finish the housekeeping of the room. When we finally got inside we then found that the lights didn't work properly by the bathroom (it controlled the lights for all the room) A technician / maintenance man arrived and showed us that the light switch by the bed worked but we were correct that the bathroom light switch did not work. I said this isn't acceptable and we would like the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said there's nothing wrong with the lights and we can't move you to another room (or the room we booked) as this was the last room. I said this wasn't acceptable and we will book another hotel. The man on reception had no customer skills whatsoever.

The restaurant on property was super Instagram vibes! Very cute! Staff & Customer service was exceptional! The aesthetic of the hotel was very beautiful! Location was great! less then a block away from a 24 hours pharmacy OVERALL it was an amazing stay, we really did enjoy it!

Hébergement très confortable à la décoration raffinée à un emplacement très pratique, en proximité de Lincoln avenue et de la mer. Personnel très agréable et serviable Très jolie piscine dans l'espace patio Nous ne prenions pas le petit déjeuner sur place.

Notre chambre qui donnait coté rue, et malgré la qualité de l'insonorisation, n'était pas totalement épargnée de quelques automobilistes bruyants...

Apesar de constar no site não existe serviço de turndown O hotel ainda é novo mas com problema de manutenção, persianas quebradas, quarto sujo, não oferece chinelos, somente uma única garrafa água cortesia, uma única cápsula de café e um único saco de chá. Para um hotel SLH é inaceitável esse tipo de atitude. Hotel praticamente vazio e fomos alocados num quarto de fundos, térreo, escuro com persianas quebradas.

La ubicación, el hotel es bonito y muy limpio.

El ascensor no estaba en funcionamiento, tiene poco personal, no nos dieron coctel de cortesía y a otros huéspedes si. La piscina tiene horario limitado.

Personnel vraiment gentil, emplacement top (ni trop près ni trop loin de Ocean Drive), un supermarché à 200m, piscine chauffée et plage à proximité avec transat gratuit pour les personnes séjournant à l'hôtel. La décoration de l'hôtel très végétalisée vraiment magnifique, lits confortables, déjeuner très copieux.

Déjeuner très cher et service assez long. Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français malgré de nombreux touristes français à Miami donc parfois un peu compliqué lorsqu'on ne parle pas très bien anglais ou pas du tout espagnole
