Near Ninh Kieu wharf where we took the boat to Cai Rang floating market. Also opposite is Sense City Mall. The staff helped to book the boat trip and speak good English.
There was no lift. It was ok for me as it was good exercise going up and down the top floor. Those who have heavy luggages will have some heavy lifting to do.
