The pool and spa are heated to 95 degrees year around unless its summer, then it is cooled to around 80 degrees. The pool water temperature can be set to your preference before your arrival and it can be altered during your stay to serve people who wish to have a warm or cool pool. The pool has a heat pump and can be heated and/or cooled as requested. During the warmer months in Austin, the pool/spa can be cooled to a temperature which helps you best relax and beat the heat; this is a very nice amenity when needed.
