About this house rental
This pet friendly house on Mobile Bay is perfect for family vacations. It was completely updated in 2017 to include the fabulous waterfront sunroom with a table for breakfast or sunset dinners. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a joining bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, and sunroom. The upstairs is separate from the main house and has one bedroom, one bathroom, a sitting area with futon, and a kitchenette; perfect for grandparents or other family members. The house will sleep 6-8 people and there is parking for 4 cars. There is a nice patio area where you can cookout or enjoy some family time out of the weather. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay from the sunroom or take a walk out on the pier to catch the breathtaking sunsets. The pier has a ladder for water entry but is too shallow for jumping We are located 1 mile from a public boat launch, 15 mins from the Grand Hotel, 20 mins from downtown Fairhope, 25 mins from Tanger Outlets and OWA Amusement Park in Foley, and 35 mins from the beaches in Gulf Shores

Love this property. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend for you next get away. We were close enough to go to the beach and OWA, but were out of the main touristy traffic. We were able to fish and even saw some dolphins most days.

Great family place. Steps from the pier down to the water would be a fantastic idea! Otherwise swim or walk (water is shallow and sandy not muddy at all) to the little rocky beach and walk back to the house! Water is great! Close to shopping and restaurants! We cooked quite a bit! Played family games and hung out in the downstairs family room almost the entire time. We never even turned on the tv!

Wonderful time here owners were wonderful to work and communicate with. House was very clean. Loved the gates did not have to worry about my doodles getting out or running in the road. Highly recommend “Blue Marlin” the restaurant it was fabulous and just down the road. Bait store not 5 min from house was so convenient for us and daughter to run up there to get live shrimp. We have dealt with that bait store for years and they are wonderful people. Beds were very comfy would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks so much for the wonderful hospitality!
